Nice place. Older but well maintained. Self park was a bit of a hike but all indoor . Valet available. Reasonable room price. Came for a conference and meeting space was accommodating. Short walk to North Market and Short North. No pool was a bummer for kids.

A wonderful experience! The price was very competitive and the service was beyond any I had experienced. The only con was the mandatory a la carte services, like parking, can be a bit pricey due to downtown location. The hotel offers self-parking, or Valet parking for $10 extra. There is an indoor gym and pool. While there is a cafe at the hotel, it is a little pricey. Since the hotel is attached the Columbus Convention Center, there are a fair amount of places to eat during the day that are not too expensive. The room was clean and bright. We stayed on the 18th floor across from the Nationwide building. Being a coffee drinker, I was pleased to see Starbucks Coffee for the coffee maker in the room. Overall, great visit with unmatched customer service in a great area. I would highly recommend this hotel!!

Excellent while attending a convention at the Greater Columbus Convention Center as it's connected. But otherwise shows it's heavy use and traffic as a convention hotel. Not at all bad, but we usually stay elsewhere if not in town for a convention.

We picked the Hyatt Regency as we were attending a convention in the area. We arrived around 8am and they were able to check us in early, which was a relief after a long day of traveling. The two bed room was big enough to accommodate 3 people. The beds were comfortable and I slept well. Please note that that mattress were firm, so if you are use to a soft mattress, these are more firm than soft. The Hyatt is attached to the convention center which makes the process of going to and from really easy. Overall, if you are traveling for business and attending a conference/convention, I would highly recommend staying here.

Here for the OACBHA Opiate Conference. The hotel provided breakfast, lunch and snacks. Breakfast was mediocre dry pastries and mealy fruit, lunch was dry and crusty sandwiches and wraps and snacks were like grocery store cookies. You are a fancy hotel! Your food should reflect the caliber of your hotel. Spare me the sad, dry celery and carrots.

The whole conference area smelled like a damp basement and was freezing. When I asked if someone could turn down the air, someone in a suit said can t help you there! You want it dry, we have to keep it cold. You complain with it s humid in here so we keep it cold. Wow bud, thanks for your hospitality.

Speaking of hospitality - NO WIFI! What?!?! The organizers said we have to pay for WiFi. That is ABSURD.

Part of this review should go to the conference organizers. I m sure the cost of attendance had a good bit to do with the quality of the food but still surprised by the crusty buns and wraps. And musty smell. And WiFi. And fruit flies. And I m cold.

Stayed here for a conference last month. Phenomenal customer service - my bag was lost on my flight and the front desk staff did everything possible to make my stay more enjoyable. They provided me with all the necessities they could, as I did not have anything I needed in my carry-on. As soon as my bag arrived the following day, I received a phone call and was able to immediately pick up my bag at the front desk. This hotel is also in a great location - there are tons of places to eat and see nearby. Great views from my hotel room as well. Highly recommend this establishment!

**The conference center is accessible directly from the hotel.

Great hotel and super efficient and friendly staff. Had recently been there for a Convention. We were a large group, the check in was smooth and they even let us do extended checkout. We could store our language after check out as well. The hotel is connected to the Columbus Convention Center so you don't to go out in the cold.

The 1st Room I checked into had broken glass all over the floor. They did move me to another Room but this showed me lack of attention to detail. As compensation they offered me free breakfast the next morning in their restaurant. However what is interesting is that the breakfast that I had I was charged for. Apparently they forgot the compensation that they were offering me. I will not stay in this hotel ever again the cleanliness just was not there

DISREGARD Samantha Motto's review. She claims they were waiting for hours after the supposed "check in time of noon" when in reality, the check in time isn't until 3 PM. The hotel is not required to host people who show up at a time they believe the hotel should be accepting check in times when they have it posted on their website as well as at the front desk.

We've never had an issue with the service at the hotel, everyone is very polite and willing to help. Not sure what this woman's problem was, but maybe do a little research before you leave again, mkay schnookums?
