Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor Review

1. The hotel customer service at the front deck was on point very respectable And helpful. For that 5 star

2. My booking was done by a third-party booking and what I book was not what I received. For that 2 stars

3. The hotel room that Chris gave me as an upgrade to the room I was not comfortable with was amazing, it s on the 7th floor room 721, with the harbor view was WOW for my wife shes happy so I m happy.

4. Everything was clean the bed was comfortable and The bathroom was beautiful.

5. There is no microwave but there is a small
wine cooler. The TV is like 70 inch. The closet is at the entrance is very small but can do the job.

6. And you will have to pay for parking is $30 for 24 hours in an out. See pictures for price.

It was just ok! Nice hotel but floors in hallway were dirty, not too clean and to top it all off housekeeping will not clean your room until you checkout! We were never informed about this and definitely would have stayed somewhere else.

The public areas of the hotel were very clean and quiet. The staff we encountered were very friendly. Access to a microwave helped save money. My room was as described on the website. The two end tables and desk had a layer of dust that was horrible for my allergies. The alarm clock, phone and lamp shades were also dusty. I thought I would be given the option for turn down service but wasn't so, my son and I lived with bags of trash for our 2 night stay. The cans in the room were really small so I used shopping bags to hold my trash. Other than that, this is an excellent hotel. The location is awesome! The harbor is right across the street. Pricing is steep at $30 per night.

5/5 for getting staff, esp Chris. He was proactive, helpful, friendly, professional and accommodating.
4/5 for the cleanliness. It was just ok and the tub faucet handle came off.

Best.stay.of.the.year for me!! Assoc was extremely helpful, beds so comfortable I googled the mattress and pillow. I will only stay at Hyatt hotels when traveling alone

I enjoyed the hotel. Made for a pleasant stay. Friendly staff nice pool area.

One thing great about this place is that it charges just a little above the 3-star hotel pricing but you can get an awesome view of the bay and easy walking access to the bay.

Great clean hotel. They respect privacy and safe with covid. They do not enter your room unless you ask due to covid.

The lady at the front desk name Kasandra is the GREATEST I DEFINITELY WILL RECOMMEND THIS TO MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS SHE WAS QUICK, CARING AND TAKING CARE OF EVERYONE WITH NO PROBLEM I THOUGHT SHE WAS RUNNING THE WHOLE HOTEL BY HERSELF
