Hyatt Place Secaucus Review

Beautiful room with view over the meadows. They have no pool and a small gym but large lobby area for breakfast and visitors. Best part is that they Include breakfast.

Dirty hallways, nasty elevators which were broken families waited for 20 minutes at a time for one. Nothing was sanitized. Hotel workers refused to clean the room I was in because I wasn t staying 4 days. Loud. Smells like weed. Broken coffee machine.

Very good customer service, the rooms are clean and spacious and great rates too. The location is less then a 10 minute drive to American Dream Mall and lots of restaurants nearby as well

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We couldn t even talk without a complain. We were just talking and received a complaint I would never stay here again. Worse place and plus I found a bug on the bed and they didn t do anything about it.

Does the Meadowlands tax go to the Decavelcante family?.

Ok so ill admit I wrote a bad review because I was unhappy with my room view but after moving 4 times the assistant manager Jeff knocked on our door and in a nice way I told him how unhappy I was with the room choice and having to move 4 times and that I wrote a bad review for the hotel although the room looked good and staff were sweet. Well anyway Jeff called us a few minutes later and told us to go up to the another floor and he had the room I wanted from the beginning the king size bed and the view we asked for. He went far and beyond to make my Girlfriend and I very happy. For that I recommend the Hyatt in New Jersey they are willing to go far and beyond for your satisfaction. THANK YOU JEFF.

Due to COVID-19 I made sure I brung my own cleaning items and Lysol. Room could have been a bit cleaner. Bathroom ceiling vent did not work, ceiling poorly painted over and water marks on door due to condensation from vent not working. Mirror not cleaned well. Handles on drawers had built up food. Table in room looked like it has been painted over with brown paint. Carpet stained. Phone was dirty. Throughout the room ceiling cracked and patches of paint. Staff was friendly.

They were all so friendly and pleasant. It was also very clean and there were people cleaning the common areas around the clock. Would definitely stay here again.

Ghost experience....I came to my room in the 4floor ,everything was going well. Suddenly the lamp turn on by itself..unbelievable..+! Rapidly I went to reception desks to inform lthem the experience, I found out that two year's ago someone committed suicide...They switch rooms anyway I didn't rest
