hyatt place pune Review

It's good but does not live up to the expectations.

Situated at phase-1(Hinjawadi),so for official meeting/one-night stay you can prefer this and as usual you will get enough parking space and comfort rooms with well mannered hospitality...... good experience.....

Really good service and professional support for everything.

Hotel was good but food was very bad I didn't like any items of there.......

Great tooms, tasty breakfast. Very nice and attentive stuff.

The pool was not as big as it appeared in the photographs but the bed was comfortable and the quality of the television set and the cable options available.
Was really disappointing to have the worst buffet ever yesterday that too at Hyatt place which has a big name. At the rate of 899/- + taxes we found it completely waste as none of the dishes served in the buffet menu was good in taste and none of the dishes was even warm.
Only the breakfast we had today was good. Faltu experience we had at Hyatt in terms of food.
I am giving extra star bcs of the service which we had at the hotel. Hope they will improve in future...

Very good place in IT hub, hinjewadi. Ambience is quite good, but could be better. Food is above average.

It's a nice, cozy hotel with all amenities and comfort. Good for someone coming to IT company for stay.

Pathetic house keeping and equally awful breakfast buffet and ill trained staff.

I had a reservation for 15 days in Hyat during my pune visit, room services are quite impressive, they have maintained the hygiene and quality, apart from stay i enjoyed my in room dining and breakfast buffet. Although they do not have good options in breakfast but whatever they have was good.
The other issue which i faced during my stay was noise, sometimes they have booking for marriage and it's quite difficult to deal with noise during that time.

Food was not at all good, definitely not upto the name of hyatt, but otherwise also any food would be expected to be of better taste. The food was absolutely tasteless being consistent for continental and indian, tea, coffee, etc

Room and food services are 5 stars! Staff are really hospitable, friendly, courteous and awesome! I've stayed here for 5 days and staying for more days!

Edit: Stayed here for a month. Buffet breakfast is not bad, coffee is good and i love the chai too! Service is amazing. Hyatt place did not disappoint me!

Good place to be ... was a bit upset at the swimming pool was not open but cant help it coz of covid .... enjoyed the breakfast ... though buffet is limited but enjoyed ....

Nice hotel as usual. Rooms are ok. Pool is terrific.

Good variety. Great hospitality. Gallery cafe has good ambience. The live pasta counter can improve the pasta quality. The air conditioner near the windows do not work.

I stayed in this hotel for two occasion. I can only say that this hotel has something unique which i have never seen in any other hotel. Right from the Sofa sleeper to Gallery cafe from Buffet spread to market at the lobby. I appreciate the help extended by Rupesh. I will definitely recommend this hotel all my friends and colleague.

I went there to attend one wedding, you must see very lavish entrance, helpful staff and variety of food but when I tested the food it was not matching with the name Hyatt at all , from wedding I returned without having food..phew!!

Quality hotel in heart of software corporate companies at Hinjewadi, Pune.

Not the kind of hyatt I'm used to but great breakfast

Hyatt is located at a very nice place in Hinjewadi. Rooms are very cosy, beautifully structured and spacious. Room service is 24 hours and very helpful.

Was there for 10 days. The place was good the interiors were good, service was good. Breakfast was buffet style had good variety but not that good of taste.

Felt average. Food was the same too. We were in fabulous company and that covered up for anything amiss that evening.

Very nice stay. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast is nice but still they need to improve it.
