Great experience! All of the staff is friendly and helpful. Great food in the restaurant. Nice mix of Indian and Western food.

It's like a hillside resort and with rain - it's a beautiful place

One of the gems on the Cyberabad area. Great place to stay and also grab some food. Nice ambience and of course very friendly and courteous staff. Once you are in the hotel, you forget that you are right in the middle of the bustling financial district.

Located at GACHIBOWLI very near to WAVE ROCK and beside to HITACHI CONSULTING, interior is awesome, occupied lot of space, rooms are excellent and the service is awesome from reception to house keeping...loved it...

It's nice place, a bit far from city but quiet approachable for most of the IT companies in financial district and gachibowli.

Very bad food. I had been here once for the restaurant, worst food..

Breakfast buffet is just awesome and we can stay for that same reason.. otherwise the rooms are very cosy and small.

It's a great place to visit and stay with such a good and helpful staff like hostess and hotel directors Mr. Prashant and the chefs and the room service guy Rahul was great. In short all the staff was superb.

Very relaxing and pleasant hotel. Really good if you need to perform during the day doing business. You can relax in the evening and in the weekend. They take your feedback very serious, and constantly looking to improve their service.

What's good about this hotel is the ambience. Very few hotels in gachibowli have some green space and open air and this is among them. The rooms are little congested. But it's manageable.
They have a very nice pool and a spa.
We had a conference recently and I guess they are short staffed or overbooked as their execution is a little tardy. We have to be on top and keep pushing them to get things moving at the speed we want or it might not happen.
Ample parking space is available.

Nice property, but do ask for a preferred room close to the lobby. The hotel architecture is pretty weird and if you don't insist they will put you into a far flung room which would be a task to get in and get out.

Room was amazing.. Actually it has Plug for Universal adapter- i did not know that till Sohail Shaikh Ahemad informed me.

Very nice hotel, would highly recommend it to anyone. However the welcome staff have a little too much attitude, you can be stern and wary, without translating that into the interaction. Namely the front desk manager.

Nice place to stay with your family and friends. The whole staff is cooperative and take care from check-in to checkout.

The place has got great ambiance. I was here for a Summer Festival organized by Team Hayatt to facilitate it s patrons. Throughly enjoyed the evening. Very good arrangement by Rohit and team. Food was good the spread was really impressive.

is decent in common area. Rooms are really small and I booked it for some guests and they really struggled in deluxe room. Not sure if staff is that helpful..

The worst experience and food I ever had.. and the worst service also... I should say...

We went for a late night buffet on a Friday night around 1AM and learnt there was no buffet. Ambiance is good but staff were not at all interested in serving and was a not so good experience at that time in night. Not recommend in late nights may be normal time would be good. Lovely ambiance and facilities
