Mindblowing and marvellous infrastructure excellent service I loved it

Its very bad experience for me .. Never feel like star hotel.

Food, ambience and scenery are awesome. Pleasant stays.

Not that good when compared to the other Hyatt property in Hyderabad (Park Hyatt)

Decent room size but the views are just amazing, Excellent service and food.

Outdated rooms. Old furniture. Not so good food, mostly bad taste.
Not sure how they manage to be a 5 star hotel.

The Hyatt in Gachibowli is a different kind of hotel, consisting of several separate buildings of only 3 or 4 floors - because of the somewhat odd floor labeling, I am still not certain. The buildings are connected by walkways that are covered and surrounded by rocks, green spaces, and lots of flowing water-features. The rooms are a little smaller than one would expect, especially compared to the Park Hyatt a few miles away, and in-room coffee makers and fruit-bowls, which the Park Hyatt provides, would be a nice feature here too. However, green spaces (16 acres, according to the staff) and luxurious water-features around the hotel create a relaxed atmosphere that was really unique; I have never stayed at a high-end hotel that was so green. The pool was large, very clean, and great for some sportive swimming rather than just leisurely bathing. The staff is outstandingly friendly and the a-la-cart food at the restaurant in the hotel is good, even if a bit pricey. The breakfast buffet, however, is a worthwhile experience and both Indian and non-Indian dishes are tasty. The fresh juices and fruit-bar is another feature of the breakfast buffet that made it stand out.
Overall, a really good experience.

Quiet hotel in the Gachibowli district. Great food options and friendly staff.

Worst food experience when our corporate event was conducted on Dec 08, 2017. Not professional at all. No sufficient food and no serving help was available. Veg and Non-Veg food was placed together. Vegetarians ended up tasting Non-Veg.

Hyatt is one of the best places for dinner in hyderabad

Ver nice hotel. Courteous staff. Limited but good options for snacks at Bar. Buffet for 1499 plus tax is not worth.

Wish they had a bigger and better gym

We went for buffet over here @collage restaurant food is not great in fact we didn't enjoyed the food but the ambience is good. This is the second time we went and not worthy if you are planning for a team buffet.

I have never had food this bad in any place. Even the street food venders have better taste then Hyatt. The logistics were pathetic their projector never worked and they were wrapping wireless mics in the stands with duct tape so that we could perform.

Lovely place to relax. It's calm, silent and has a meditative appeal. Staff is courteous, food is good. There is ample parking space. Rooms are spacious and there is a feel good factor associated with your stay here. Priced in line with other five stars. It's a must visit for the great experience it offers

Hotel is in 16 acres but rooms are very small for the money paid

Nice hotel, went for my service anniversary. Had some nice snacks at the poolside.

Four star rating because the meeting room becomes shivering cold as the day passes by; rat came inside meeting room; coffee is never hot (at the meeting room machine).
The good thing is restaurant. Polite and helpful staff. Great food. Wide spread in buffet. I asked a staff for Picolo coffee, which generally no Indian Batista recognizes. I was served the best Picolo coffee in India (I think they use Lavazza coffee powder/beans). Buffet breakfast and lunch are really great.

Attended a wedding in the garden space . Nice ambience and the food is good too but not spicy. Poor in providing washroom facilities. There is no water in the washrooms n it's stinky too

Very nice ambiance and the sushi platter was good. We asked for sushi with only prawns and cucumbers for the kids but they added spicy sauce. My spouse ordered some beef but got a tofu and veggies saute. They were cooking the beef when we were all done and ready to go (an hour after we ordered). He was obviously disappointed. We cancelled the plate and we didn't have to pay. We might try il this restaurant again but give our expectations right from the start.

This hotels advantage is of huge garden they have .. relaxing place .. good spa , rooms are small but well maintained .. food is not over priced .. a place where u can relax within the vicinity of city.. u would feel like forest walk in garden

Great ambience. Good service. Good food. We were there at late night and service was good and food was yummy. Thank you for that. I think, for a place like that, it's important for the team to maintain / take some sort of pest control measures. The lounge have mosquitoes and I believe it's possible and important to maintain mosquitoe free environment.

The food is decent but obviously expensive. The USP is very courteous staff.

Pool side place was excellent, all drinks were available dishes were also good. Staff was polite and received well. But for starters there is only 4 varieties were available.

Not so friendly staff. The food spread is very little in Dinner buffet. Difficult to find a food of your choice. It's little unorganized. The waiter says I ll find out whatever you ask but he never turns back.

The service is slow specially for visitors sitting in the exterior side coffee area. Mosquitoes are a big challenge. The dinner expanse for buffet seemed to be expansive but didn't try so won't comment. Requested a chicken burger and asked to be split in 2 for sharing - the reaction from server though was we will do 2 splits 'but' and stopped. Indirectly telling splitting a burger into more pieces is a challenge, I agree to it but u can't tell ur customer 'but'

Every place here is eye feast. In this city at prime location like financial district only 5 star which gives you vacational feel. Totally happy with my stay here and food is really awesome. They cook with virgin olive oil which has lot of health benifits. Lobby, park, pool and spa best spots here. Finally one should choose hyatt over Sheraton I feel which is reasonable and peace stay aswell. Water fountains are must watch.
