I 100% do not recommend this company what so ever ...
I 100% do not recommend this company what so ever there customer service is horrible I brought a case to Hyatt and goldbloom over 10 months ago. Unless I called in for an update I would not hear from the lay office , Everytime I called in to get any updated information in regards to my case everyone in office seem to have air bubbles in there head and not know anything about it , followed by being told TODD OR GOLDBLOOM would contact me. mmmmmh yea wasn t happening, so one day two weeks ago 9/28/20 I called in to check status of my claim once again an come to find out all of the paper work wasn t even sent over to the insurance company properly which is the reason everything is delayed and Goldbloom his self explained this to me and said they Drop the ball on this one and apologized about the matter and will keep my file on his desk and would personally get it done. Now today is 10/6 a week since I spoke to goldbloom he gets on the phone this morning , ok so for one his tone of voice seemed extremely agitated. As he proceeded to talk he s speaking very fast stating he received an email late last Wednesday night 10/30 and stated the insurance company finally got all the paperwork and will process payment so I go on the say this is 100% unacceptable mainly on the part of communication its like the only way I was able to retrieve any information was if I reached out to the law office to let me know where we stand in regards to the case, meanwhile as I m saying off of this on the phone Goldbloom is cutting me off talking as well and in the mist of Him talking and I could hear what he was saying because I was talking he then says we will contact you and hangs up in my face I called back with disbelief of him hanging up on me so unprofessional at this point I m just very upset about the treatment I m receiving. The rep puts me on hold forever no one comes to the phone so I hang up a hour later I get a call from the law office it s goldbloom stating the check in fact was there already and was hidden under a lot of paperwork (RIGHT) The unprofessionalism is real and the fact the check been in office and was just lost and did want to tell us is crazy and cowardice of the company. With all of that being said just do your homework on this company thoroughly and if you re looking for a law office that you can trust Will have your best interest at heart and be completely honest with you an handle you with kindness in fairness with a clear line of Communication this company just isn t it.
