Dr. Caldwell is great I ve been going here since I was very little and he s the best. He took my tonsils out and I m so grateful he did cause I rarely get sore throats now
Dr Caldwell is fantastic. All of the people who work the front window and the support staff for the doctors are very professional and efficient.
Also, I can say the same about the allergy department connected to the practice-they are are wonderful.
I agree with "A Google User"'s review. And here it is 3 years later. When I walked in recently... a few minutes before my scheduled appointment, a doughy woman was sitting in the left chair talking on the phone ... to her daughter about several personal issues. How do I know this? Because she went on for about 10 minutes in a loud voice, never once looking up to me with a "just a sec" recognition look... while another receptionist sat there rolling her eyes.
The docs are OK -- typical for Cape Cod ("say ahhh... hmmm... could be a lot of things, here are some antibiotics... come back in 2 weeks. Next. Judy, check my tee time please).
Doctor Johnston didn t care what I had to say about my baby s ear infections. He kept on talking over me and made a decision to not put ear tubes until he sees at least a few ear infections himself. Very dissapointed in their service. Front desk personnel is perhaps 2-3 stars.
