Very professional staff and at the same time super friendly
They do not support engineers. The cadres are either scientists or CNAM educated with or without a diploma. They train technicians in the project management. If an engineer is hired for a stage or longer period he/she triggers their inferiority complexes and is expelled. They do not use design softwares and they do not have remote process control facilities. Project managers do not have the option to monitor the process machines from their offices. Technicians are those who are trained in processing working in the machines, they are alone into troubleshooting during trials and any feedback provided to managers is poor. It is amazing that they ask the project managers to run the trials together with the technicians in the machines for getting involved into troubleshooting and even cleaning! A company who wants to be called progressive must employ state of the art processes and softwares including REMOTE PROCESS CONTROL from offices. Directors claim that the only thing they need is a paper and a pen. This is where their innovation is based. Engineers, steer clear of them unless you want to know what is zero quality!
