My daughter seemed sluggish so I decided to take her to the hospital after work. She had a tonsil stone. She didn't have a fever, cough, or nothing. They tested her for covid after seeing the tonsil stone. It was a false postive obviously. My child missed 10 day's of education for no reason & I had to stay out of work for 17 day's. My test at my job was negative. Neither one of us ever had signs of covid. The doctor & nurse didn't have very good bedside manners at all either.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the worst medical center in the Huntsville/Madison area. These people could care less about saving lives. My husband was taken by ambulance to Huntsville Hospital twice in 1 month and each time he was wheeled out into the waiting room and left sitting for hours on end; Eventually having to leave without being seen 8 to 10 hours later. They have no regard for human life and are only operating for a dollar. Go on and tear it down at this point, we are better off going to Crestwood, the free clinic or simply caring for ourselves.

Well I was there many many times and it was seriously hit or miss. Sometimes treated great other times like I was absolutely nothing.
They wanted to let me die my spouse had me transferred and Huntsville said they would be able to do nothing anywhere else. Well needless to say I m alive almost two years later so I think the other place did way more than nothing.
Even called about my mother and basically had my head ripped off by nurse Allyson on the seventh floor lol. Guess not a whole lot has changed in two years.

The care and concern of the hospital staff has been unparalleled. Nurses of the SICU unit, Seth, Brooke, Brett and the surgical and attending doctors all were not only professional but caring and understanding as well. ICU patient room nurses, Kelly, Bethany, Morgan and any others i left out. You all have my sincerest respect and thanks for making the situation the very best it could be.

STILL would give ZERO stars! I spoke to a lady when I called the number below and she was very nice but then she told me a doctor on the board would call me back. Dr. squires called me back and was VERY defensive. All she did was argue and come up with excuses. She even said how they have a high turn around rate there... That should tell you something!! I WAS WAY OVERCHARGED at this facility. After getting my bill I now see they ran TWO OF THE SAME LAB TESTS both were over 500$ with insurance! My bill at Huntsville hospital was 3TIMES the amount that I was charged at the hospital I ended up going to after leaving Huntsville. I was suppose to get another call back from someone regarding my bill and no one still has called. We're going on over 2 months now since the visit. STILL WOULD AVOID THIS HOSPITAL!!

Terrible experience. Hospital is very dirty, most of the staff was rude. Two doctors came into my room both were giving me different care plans/diagnosis. No one would help my mother find my room when she was allowed back with me. They made me use a public lobby restroom to leave urine sample which was incredibly dirty.. Lab staff were all on their cell phones which is very unprofessional. When I got to my ER room I saw that my bathroom was conjoined with another patients bathroom and that is incredibly unsanitary because who knows what they are in the ER for not to mention I could hear all their conversations. I had two people near me that were handcuffed to their bed which made me feel very unsafe. They make patients family sit in the parking garage in chairs. I ve never been to a hospital where they charge you to park. Also, when I asked the nurses and 1 of the doctors if they liked working there or if the surgeons there were good I did not get very positive answers which made me feel incredibly uneasy considering I would be needing a surgery. Therefore, I ended up leaving and going to a different hospital where I received great care and had surgery the same day that I was admitted!

The CEO is trash and was caught pushing a treatment that genetically modifies and changed a persons DNA. The audacity of this business mans opinion is as rank as his hospital and staff who complain about those who have COVID 19! Clams that they HAVE to treat those with it that aren t vaccinated and publicly pushes the hatred of those who CHOOSE not to get it. Sad when someone like this spreads hate so much so that his staff even complain about saving peoples lives .pathetic execution of public health

If I could give this hospital 0 stars, I would. The ER & Lab (that processes blood work) need to be redone. New staff or new management. How does blood work get lost 5 hours later? And we have to redo blood work again. We have been at the ER since 6:30pm and it's 4 am and we are STILL HERE. This is a pitful excuse for a hospital. Whoever is over the ER and Lab need to reconsider their position. Please dont comment under my post apologizing like the other reviewers. You have NUMEROUS of negative reviews and you all have still not improve at ALL. So please save yourself the time and energy and instead of replying, go make sure another patients blood work is not lost. If you made it this far, RUN to another hospital. You will be here waiting FOREVER!

They really cared about my mom and helped her on the 7th floor, the whole staff was lovely except one nurse. I m happy we decided to come here instead of anywhere else and I m glad she s recovering.

We love our therapists 5 stars!!, but due to the poor choice in location of the Fever and Flu Clinic we can't attend therapy as regularly as we should. We end up late as we can't get into the lot.
The spaces are constantly full of Fever and Flu patients. They park on the curbs and block you in.. They come to the door where we are trying to take our children to therapy.
I've complained multiple times via email and voice-mail to Huntsville Hospital and received no response to this ongoing issue.
Pediatric Therapy has to waste therapist time running the parking lot trying to save spots for their patients. We've attended therapy here for over 4 years with multiple children and this situation is absolutely untenable and HH needs to either move the therapy or the fever and flu clinic as they are incompatible at the same location.
