Constant problems with electricity and other basic necessities in this community but they want to constantly harass you with tons of letters and fines for any small exterior change that you make to your own property

This is the HOA office and meeting rooms for Hunters Creek. They have a large 2 story beautiful building with mostly offices downstairs and several large meeting rooms upstairs than can hold 100-200 people with all the dividers removed. Most meetings are smaller and the room can be divided into 3-4 smaller rooms for the individual community HOA meetings.

we have been living in Hunter's Creek since 2014 and the experience both as a resident and as an investor has been amazing. The team of professionals that works for the community association are respectful, helpful and easy to work with. we feel that they are a big reason why Hunter's Creek is one of the best neighborhoods in Orlando.
