Was referred to them. After two weeks of not being contacted, phoned the practice and was told "that I they wouldn't be assisting me" among other things I'm not going to put here.

I believe I've been discriminated against as I'm "not the type of client they will be seeing."
When asked to speak to the person who made the decision they declined. Saying you should see your GP to make alternative arrangements.

They've obviously decided due to my background/ethnicity I do not the "type of client they wish to see."

If you want great support coordination for your NDIS plan come to HPC. Great group of people.
