William Moe fixed a leak in our kitchen ceiling which was very hard to find. His performed was fast and very professional. We were so grateful for that because the water was coming down all over our kitchen floor. keep up the good work Billy!👍 Blessings
This company discriminates! I make $1000 every two weeks and I meet the 2.5 rental requirement and was not approved even before my credit was ran. When I called the corporate office for an explanation the incompetent women who answered could not give me a clear reason nor could the property managers. My understanding is because i'm a young woman and possibly due to my ethnicity. Mind you the apartment was less than $900 a month and I have good credit. I will definitely file a complaint to the department of fair housing.
Hunt Enterprises needs to be sued. The are totally exploiting tenants by taking their security deposit and misquoting the law. They make illegal deductions from your security deposit so that they can avoid paying for ordinary wear and tear. A class action suit is indeed needed. There are many people out there who do not know their rights. This company should be shut down, what they are doing is flat out WRONG!!!!!
It is sad to hear how this company even fails to give people back their security deposit or notify them of the deductions made within 21 days as is required by law. Their failure to do so within the 21 day period is grounds for return of the full security deposit, which would likely required a suit to enforce. This company is HORRIBLE!! the employees are rude and don't have ANY!! good customer service and they are absolutely racist gave me problems since I walked in the "Hemet Meadows duplex homes on " E fruitval in Hemet, ca. Me and my two kids we're just trying to find a place to call home and these people just took my $60 application fee and DIDN'T EVEN RUN MY CREDIT score and when I went in the office they told me that I qualify income wise now I just have to wait for the credit score. First of all I did EVERYTHING they asked me to do as far as check stubs etc. But then doesn't call me to let me know what the answer was, I had to give them a call for them to tell me "oh yea I just called you" SHE LIED BECAUSE I NEVER GOT A CALL! "Your application was denied due to credit score" I don't know why but they will send a letter out stating all the info so I asked for corporates number so I call corporate because as I checked my credit inquiries and it DOES NOT show any inquiries with this company, I call to speak to someone in the credit department, got transfered to a male that was VERY RUDE and all I wanted to know is how I can get a copy of the credit report that they "supposedly" ran. He says o we don't send out those or give out information over the phone but as I'm still talking about the situation he then says well " The only way you can get a copy of the credit report is if you come down to our office and show your picture ID first of all I never heard of that because the last apartments i applied for gave me one with no problem so mind you their office in LAWNDALE CA, they knew for a fact I wouldn't be able to come all the way down to Lawndale CA, from hemet. I told the credit report employee that's to far so he states well that's all I can do I then tell him well that's not fair because I paid $60 of my hard working money for myself and my family to have a place to call home for you guys not to give me a copy of what I JUST PAID FOR. The employee then starts to raise his voice and tells me " Mam I'm just going to let you know your not going to get very much far with me" Like huh?!! Are you serious. He then HANGS UP IN MY FACE and I tried calling back to get the right person to speak to and letted them know that their employee was very rude BOY!! When I say they gave me the run around MAN. The lady at the front desk transfered me over to someone well at least I thought and keeps me on the transfer line where it just keeps ringing and ringing and ringing so I can just get the point and hang up. Which I did but then I called back NO ANSWER 8TH call still no answer that was July 16 2018 then I called back today July 17 2018 to see if I can speak to the credit report department she says ok and what is this about. I replied and said I wanted to speak to someone about the credit report that they checked for the reasons of me being denied the lady says wait for the letter to come in the mail and that will explain everything but ITS NOT ON SHOWING ON CREDIT REPORT STATING THAT YOU GUYS EVEN RAN IT. She then replies ok let me ask my supervisor, has me on hold for 7mins then never get back on the phone all I hear is the SAME Transfer ring. It just kept ringing and ringing so I hang up call back but what do I get "I'll wait" NOTHING NOT A ANSWER OR ANYTHING. I called 4times still no answer so then I try to go on their website to see if their any other number and if so that would be great cause these people are rude. I THOUGHT WRONG! As soon as I called someone answered it and hung it right up.
DON'T GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOUR THE SAME SKIN COLOR AS THEM. THEY ARE ROBBING AFRICAN AMERICAN PEOPLE FOR THEIR HARD WORKING MONEY
This company completely ripped me off of my security deposit. They made illegal deductions. Class lawsuit anyone?

Worst Rental Company on Earth! Does Not Refund Security Deposit and Does Not Respond to Customer Concerns. Filed a Complaint with BBB for the same and awaiting response. Please avoid Renting from their Apartment in South Bay(Casa, Durango etc.). Disgusting Company.
I'm one if the tenants , moved from one unite to the other one , they told me prior to moving that I will b charged $150 for clean up but after moving they charged me 295$ , I talked to regional supervisor Pam zeambaly , after the first time she never got back to me even though I sent her pictures of the apt and how clean and undamaged I kept it .
I think this management is a fraud and especially being in poor neighborhood they steal money from poor and uneducated who don't have any knowledge of their rights
