Company with a lot of name with which I worked 12 years ago, for 2 years, very well. Now he needed an air conditioner.
Call on Monday: I was going to call the manager on Tuesday or Wednesday. Nothing. He called Thursday. There was a misunderstanding and he was going to come Friday at 11. At 11.50 they called from the office to say that the manager had an emergency, that he would call on Tuesday or Wednesday ......
He wasn't even able to call personally. I send an email protesting to the office and they answer that they had called me to give me the approximate price that an installation of Equipment + Assembly would entail, to see if I was really interested in both making a budget and deadlines. I had not received this call and asked to have it emailed to me. I'm still waiting.
In other words, a private individual with a small job is not interested. Meanwhile I have found a small company where they are pleasant to deal with and polite. Budget at 4 hours and placement next Friday.

A 10 for the team of assemblers formed by Toni and Fran.
They replaced an air conditioner of a medical examination truck, which was in a rather narrow and difficult to reach place.
From the beginning they took the matter with a lot of professionalism and did everything they had to do to leave it properly installed despite the difficulties that existed.
They made holes where they had to make them, covered those of the previous air conditioner and left the air conditioners perfectly operational. They collected all the dirt they could have left during the installation process.
