I used the Humanix employment agency when I was younger and wanted some quality temp work. Once I got older, and got a permanent job I never thought that I would need them again. Little did I know they would once again come to my rescue in a major way. In the middle of a pandemic, I was making a very hard decision to find a different job. I put my resume out there and even with all my experience I couldn't find anything. I was honestly afraid that I would be stuck somewhere I didn't want to be because I was so desperate to leave my current situation. I was beyond stressed, and since I super nervous at interviews the call backs that I did get never went any further than the first interview. I finally decided to contact Humanix, where I met my recruiter Leesa, who eventually saved my life. She took the pressure off the interview process, and made it a comfortable environment. I ended up getting offered a temporary position for a company that I have always wanted to work for. It was scary leaving a permanent position for temporary one, but I was convinced that this was the right move. Five months later, I was offered a permanent position at the job I've always wanted, with an amazing benefit package. I am so grateful to Humanix and Leesa for providing me with an opportunity that I don't think I would have had without their help.
Huge misunderstanding woman thought I called her sexist when I did not at all I am flabbergasted what? Idk how someone can interrupt you like that but, I would like to work with them if they can work on understanding me and who I am misunderstandings happen I'm willing to move forward if they are.

I moved to the area and was eager to find a job in an office setting. After looking at a few temp agencies online I decided to give Humanix a try. They were very friendly and helpful! They had found a job that was close to my home and the hours I wanted and in just a few weeks I was already working! The job I went to was great and the employers were nice! I dealt with two different people at this agency. I was told I was being put in for a position but never heard back. Then, I was offered another position. The woman from the agency kept asking are you sure when I told her I would pass a background check. Great vote of confidence- speaks highly of their demographic, I guess. Then that position fell through same day, I haven t bothered with these people since.
Fantastic temp agency! These people work hard for you! That being said, they are humans. They aren't just there for you, they are also there for multiple employers and employees. They are scheduling, negotiating, researching, communicating, and trying to read minds. You have to do your part to help them facilitate your work needs. Thank you all for your great help!
