Where do I begin?! I could write a book on this about how bad GP care is! Too bizarre for words! Choosing sides without listening to the employee and taking it right for each other, I can't believe there is no empathy or honesty here. Really too absurd for words. It's a mess and it hurts me so much that you are not allowed to honor your rights with them only when it suits THEM. Horrible.

Good experiences with GP help. They think along with you, are very helpful and easy to get in touch with through Whatssap, ideal if you are busy at work, calling does not always suit me. I work at a regular practice for 9 p.m. a week and the rest of the week through general practitioner help, so far I have been able to work full-time. This gives me a lot of freedom, because I can check every month how much I still want to work and when. In addition, I find it very valuable to be able to experience what the working method is in other practices. This way of working also does a lot of good for my self-confidence, it is always a bit exciting to join a new practice. When I notice at the end of the working day that my efforts are appreciated by the practice, my self-confidence grows again and I walk out the door satisfied, the more fun it is to come back again when the practice offers services to GP support. In short, very attractive if you are flexible and value freedom!
