HuisartsenHulp Review

In our center (6 practices) we often have doctors assistants through HuisartsenHulp. We are almost always very pleased with the competence of and how to deal with these invaders, especially the medical students. The helpdesk always knows how to find good people, unless it is very short term. They are easily accessible.

Very satisfied with the service, work quickly and accurately. Deployment of professional staff meets our request for help.

Great company with great employees, including Wouter! I always feel heard and we are always looking for opportunities to fill in. Company to definitely recommend :)

A professional company with caring employees. There is good communication when you come to work there, especially the account manager Rob Verwoerd made me feel very welcome in the company. He really takes the time to accommodate you on a personal level and then see what would suit you best.

April this year started at HuisartsenHulp. Thinking with you instead of pointing out what is going wrong.

From two practices had to deal with the temporary workers from GP care .. a dime on its side whether you get a decent functioning employee .. no selection just place as many hours as possible where it seems to matter

Very nice to be able to fill in at GP practices in addition to my studies. GP help always helps me quickly and professionally.

Where do I begin?! I could write a book on this about how bad GP care is! Too bizarre for words! Choosing sides without listening to the employee and taking it right for each other, I can't believe there is no empathy or honesty here. Really too absurd for words. It's a mess and it hurts me so much that you are not allowed to honor your rights with them only when it suits THEM. Horrible.

Company that does not know what it is about ... weak in terms of content and communication

I have been part of this great company for a number of years now.
HuisartsenHulp ensures a balance between good employment practices and optimal service to the 'customers', all of which is based on genuine interest in employees and clients. Here I can make a difference together with the team! I am proud of this.

Excellent organization, Wouter can always find someone who can join us, even if it has to be done quickly, good communication with him. Other employees are also fine of course. I also called in the weekend for a sudden outage and on Monday an assistant from General Practitioner Help was on the doorstep.

Good experiences with GP help. They think along with you, are very helpful and easy to get in touch with through Whatssap, ideal if you are busy at work, calling does not always suit me. I work at a regular practice for 9 p.m. a week and the rest of the week through general practitioner help, so far I have been able to work full-time. This gives me a lot of freedom, because I can check every month how much I still want to work and when. In addition, I find it very valuable to be able to experience what the working method is in other practices. This way of working also does a lot of good for my self-confidence, it is always a bit exciting to join a new practice. When I notice at the end of the working day that my efforts are appreciated by the practice, my self-confidence grows again and I walk out the door satisfied, the more fun it is to come back again when the practice offers services to GP support. In short, very attractive if you are flexible and value freedom!

GP help claims otherwise, but administratively it is a mess

Terribly bad experience! Play with your contract as if it were nothing and pay much later than how it should be, while we work hard for it! Fortunately, I am not the only one with this problem, there are many complaints about this employment agency. When something goes wrong and you call them, you will be sent from pillar to post and they are so lazy with it !! I'm leaving here soon.

Not recommended unfortunately. At first it all seems very attractive but after they have entered you the masks fall. When they need you, they do everything they can to plan you because it is to their advantage. Usually I said "yes". But when I couldn't or wanted to unsubscribe for a day, it suddenly became a hassle. Was made an elephant from mosquito. So exaggerated. Your account will be blocked and it takes you almost a week to get everything back in order. Seriously? Where is your gratitude?
