The meat was just perfect and amazing. We had a great experience.

The staff are smiling, professional, and a good adviser. The window is enticing, do not hesitate, everything is good. Small tendency to increase the desired quantities but it suffices to point out it. High-end products, admittedly a bit expensive, but we are in Paris. To test without hesitation

MuQui of foie gras and truffle is delicious but may be expensive
Andyu likes also people like duck mousse is a bit salty but lead bow putty is a nice thing!

Exceptional butcher shop!
Whether it is the quality of the products, the ethics of selection and production, the location, the team on site, everything is perfect!
The prices are slightly higher than elsewhere perhaps but it is the price to pay to have quality products and to have an ethical consumption of meat, go there with your eyes closed!

Possibly one of the most amazing steakhouse / butchers in all of paris.

Only open in the evenings on Thursday nights but you must book in advance think peter lugers but the French version and Hugo owns the place. Absolutely awesome .
