Worst service ever, slow, drops off, then none at all, I go to the library to use the internet, took 2 days off work technician scheduled to come but rescheduled for the next day, never showed never called. No help at all. customer service cycles me through the menu I have to explain the issue to several different agent (foreign) agents that I can't hardly understand. went to the HN community board mad of course and said I was going to file with the BBB and the helper there told me because I was mad that it delayed my "HELP" for 30 days. still the only communication I get from them is when they generate a bill to take my $79 per month. I want out of my contract. this site would not let me post if I did not at least check one rating star. I did not want to check any.
