I spent hours on email and over the phone with assistant setting up my case. We dug through records, recordings, and I wrote out a very detailed outline of what happened, and provided dozens of phone call records, dates, explanation, etc..

I submitted it and they said they would be filing my case soon. Victoria stopped responding to my emails after the first draft of their case, so I waited a month or two and sent another -- no response. It's now been 6-7 months since they said they were going to file my case and have gone dark on me.

I called just now and Victoria was very unapologetic. She said she passed my stuff to the attorney but he must have lost or forgotten it. When I asked if this was normal process to go dark - she said it depends. When I told her it was crazy to make me do all that work and sign things only to have the attorney go dark on me with no word. She then got patronizing with me over the phone and took a tone saying " oh ya that is crazy....soo" Absolutely no help.

Very unprofessional and when they mess up (forget about you for 6 months), she will act like its no problem.

If you want a firm who is going to be very attentive to your case and respond quickly - I would never go to this one again!
