HIS STAFF SEEMS TO BE THE MOST RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH. IT MAKES NO SENSE WHATSOEVER FOR A DOCTOR'S OFFICE TO HAVE PEOPLE WORKING THERE WHO TREAT YOU IN A CONDESCENDING AND FLIPPANT MANNER.

Terrible phone experience with the receptionist. She said "you can't see a doctor" you can see a nurse practitioner or find someone else -- you are not right for us"
I have being to this office for 5 years. I try to see Vickie each time. She rocks and is always so nice. Lacresha and Willie also are so nice. I would recommend them to anyone. Sometimes they run slow but it is not always a problem.
Super disappointed in the way I was treated after being a patient for 8 years. Dr. E was always wonderful and really helped me over the years. The NP who took over for him not so much. Nobody made me aware that my refills wouldn t be valid as soon as Dr. E retired and his DEA # was made inactive. I had a grand mal seizure and was hospitalized from not being able to pick up my refill. Thanks for looking out for the best interest of your patients. Hopefully the kickbacks you all will receive off that SSRI will be worth it. I really hope you all learn from this and don t let it happen to someone else.
I have been a patient of Dr Durrence for 10 years. He has taken great care and time with me each time I visit, never rushing to get to the next person . He has worked with me to ensure my health and wellness as well as fit me in when sick. His office and billing staff are always friendly, caring and knowledgeable with the maze of health insurance billing. Jean his nurse is beyond caring. She will always call you back with an answer to questions, there to explain and make things happen when other Doctors, tests or procedures need to be coordinated. It is such a comfort to know that in times when I need health care that this team is on my side.
Until recently I was very pleased with the staff and prompt attention I got with Dr. Durrance and his staff. I have been going to this clinic since 2013 and following thier orders of rechecks every 3 months. I had a question for the PA that I have been seeing for well over a year. I left a message asking for a call back and 24 hours later still had no call back. I called this afternoon between 4:45 and 4:50 and it went to the after hours service which has a message that states they are open until 5pm. I don't know what has happened with the staff there, but the whole reason I chose to go there was because I wanted a doctor that actually cared about my health. I don't feel that this is the correct place for me and my health concerns any longer and I will be fining a new primary physician.
Dr. Hugh Durrence has been my doctor for over 16 years. One of my yearly check ups he caught that I had a nodule in my throat. I didn't even know it existed. He immediately sent me to get test from a specialist. He was correct I had thyroid disease. I could have had protruding eyeballs among other issue had it not been diagnosed very early. The staff is extremely kind and helpful.
This is a very poorly run office! The PA I was forced to see was flippant, took up to two weeks to return calls, and did not give good instructions on how to take medicine for shingles. One call for a script refill resulted in one of the nurses yelling at me and hanging up on me. I called for three days, beginning Wednesday, for vitally needed pain prescription. Though I called twice each day, they did not have it ready until 4pm on a Friday, and then told me they wouldn't wait for me to get there (I live over an hour away during rush hour traffic time). I will not go back!
