I would give this office a half of star if it would let me. They are terribly managed, clearly understaffed and unprofessional. Over the past 6 months I ve had 4 appointments with them. The first three times they called me 40 minutes prior to my appointment time to cancel. I would reschedule another appointment, each time being pushed out an addition month or two. I am having a bad reaction to my IUD, that s why I ve been trying to get in to have it removed for over 8 months. Today was my breaking point with this office. I had an appointment scheduled. I even showed up 10 minutes early, just to be told there was no one available and I would need to reschedule for the 5th time! I have text message confirming my many appointments. Regardless they couldn t do anything for me.
Despite all of this, there is only one doctor that works there that is willing to help and listen. Her name is Dr. Cassie Leonard, I would recommend her to anyone as she is the only doctor that has looked at my chart and long history to provide the help I need. She even preformed surgery on me that went very well last spring. Any other doctor or midwife I ve seen at this practice was a joke and a waste of time.
I have always been told by MANY others that work in the health care field and former patients to avoid Hudson Headwaters at all costs. With someone that has endometriosis, it is very critical that I am apart of a practice that truly cares for my health. Today I have realized that Hudson headwaters is not going to be the place for that. Every negative comment I ve heard of was the truth. I am sad to have to leave my doctor but with all the mishaps I will never be returning to this practice.

Dr. Mark Quaresima and Dr. Ted Denious are the best. They are the most caring doctors. They really care. I am so lucky to have them.

I personally have a great rapport with my own dr and I have been pleased with the service they have done for me.
But...my son who had been living out of state had come home and wanted to get Covid tested to visited with family during the holidays.
He was told he needed to see a physician as he wasn t a regular patient. That part was fine.
During his visit he told my son who is 6 5 and works out regularly, that he was overweight... really??? Did he look in the mirror?
He had his Covid test on a Wednesday and had not heard the results for many days. So on the following Monday he called and the results were in, but the provider needed to sign off on them. But we were told they were negative. So over 2 weeks later he gets a call saying the dr. Had reviewed the results. REALLY???? What good does this do. I will NEVER send anyone to this physician.

Missed 2 appointments and now refuses to see me. Stuff happens and to just tell someone rudely to find somewhere else is UNPROFESSIONAL. Especially a DR. And ill do just that and will tell others to not bother with this place or their rude a*s Doctors!

My Dr is great. If SOME of the office staff could get their act together and actually get important paperwork to the Dr, for signature, in a timely manner instead of lying about it for two weeks, that would be great. Other than that, West Mountain HHHN group is great!

I see lauren gush she is awesome and her nurse gets right back to you and they are very nice and care about your medical issues.

Totally unprofessional. I finally had the chance to set up my DNR and MOLST forms and was initially told that I could just set up an office visit without doing anything medical. I also called and spoke to Dr. K's nurse prior to the visit, who incorrectly claimed the MOLST is for terminally ill patients, despite the state site and the Attorney General site about this form stating that anybody can fill it out. At the visit Dr K repeatedly tried to get me to do a new patient visit and physical, despite me refusing both, and I have since found out from my insurance company that I CAN do JUST an office visit without a new patient visit, despite the Nurse Manager lying by saying they have no way of billing an Office Visit ONLY for paperwork! Dr. K also argued that I was too young to fill out a DNR and MOLST, and stated that SHE would want everything done if SHE coded- obviously she thinks her personal values give her the authority to go over state laws. She also expected me to give a full dissertation on both forms before she would agree to sign either, stating it is for "informed consent" despite that I already got enough of that from the state and AG sites. She then simply left the room without ever even going over the forms anyway and it was only when I spoke to the Nurse Manager that Dr K signed, but I am going elsewhere for care since this place believes it can coerce patients into care they don't want and can violate laws and patient rights. They also never even gave me their updated new patient form before this visit anyway, which is just as well since it now has extremely unscientific and unnecessary questions about gender assigned at birth and other gender garbage that the office at my upcoming new provider does not ask, so they have no excuses for not following science, where sex is based in chromosomes.

The doctors are attentive and professional. The NP Lia Braico and Crystal Nolan are the best. The RNs are kind and very knowledgeable.
My MD Kasuni Kotelawala is so awesome, kind and very professional. She listens to my c/ o . I trust her plan of care. Thank you Dr K.

This is the best doctors office I've been to. They're so friendly and kind. They actually did a run around for me to make sure I was being billed properly (not overcharged) and that my appts were convenient when they didnt have a ton of availability.
