Love the service staff. Always helpful and professional.

My wife and I went to Hudiburg Chevy a few days after a family member had passed away. We had been looking for a new car for a couple of months and went to the dealership to try and help get our minds off of things. Once the staff had learned about our loss we had staff members that weren t even assisting us stop and give us their condolences. Our salesman Marshall was an absolute pleasure to work with and the rest of the staff made our purchase the BEST we ve ever had. I recommend Hudiburg and Hudiburg only. The staff is second to none!!!

One of the most Pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. This was at Hudiburg Ford. Would Highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be going back to them in the Future. They make you feel like your Family.

Went out to help my son and his girlfriend pick out a new truck. She was operating on a budget so we went several place before we ended up here. She found a truck she liked and the salesman said they could work within her budget. Emerging actually went fine until she went into financing.

The guy went over gap insurance and they agreed to it and that was all that was discussed. When she went to sign the papers the amount was higher. The finance guy told her not to worry about it they worked with her bank often and they would take care of it.

They get gone and look over the contract and they had added in several items that were never discussed by charged her money for.

She and her dad took the car and paperwork spaying what happened and the watched the tape of the entire process. They ended up taking all the ad on's off and giving her a check for the trouble.

I understand you are there to make money, but being underhanded in something totally different. You tried to charge her for things she didn't need nor want and to me, there is no need for business like you! You can be honest and sell cars!!

By far.. the WORST experience. Horrible customer service, horrible communication skills. Lack of everything. Never recommending and never buying there again. The Used dept was horrible and the financial dept is even worse! Took 6 hours to get this car, not to mention they called for a payment and then later had another person call again for the same payment! Please save your time, go elsewhere!

This location usually has what l need. They sent out to MWC because they didn't have any. MWC have 5 of the items

Pros:
1) Friendly staff in the small building

Cons:
1) Slow (at the point where you want to buy a preowned car and you re at the larger of the two buildings)
2) Not adhering to recommended levels of hygiene/cleanliness (specifically regarding Covid and requiring other customers inside to wear masks)

Liz in service is absolutely awesome! Helped me navigate through the construction to safely park to unload my truck!

Great place to go to get your work done on your vehicle they take care of you

Good service. Only disappointment was they suggested I change my cabin and air filter. My air filter showed it was at 45%. Why change before necessary.
