As a midwife it was important for me to insure my home and automobile with a company that understands the nature of my work and how I can be best protected; I found this at HUB International. I cannot speak highly enough about the positive experience I've had with them. Their rates were significantly more competitive than every other major company I sought, taking into account The AOM affiliated discount. The brokers I spoke with were professional, friendly, and confident; they always followed-up promptly and I truly felt they were looking after my best interests. I am having a horrible experience. Can't get an answer to a simple question and have been bounced around for 3 weeks and still can't get the answer. Voice mail to voicemail to an assistant who is new and doesn't know. Left several messages, and spoke to several people. I am nervous about the state of this company and the fact that I have insurance with them.

Horrible customer service. After they overcharge me of hundreds of dollars for my policy, no one is answering my emails or phone calls. I left 5 voicemails, sent dozens of emails, with no answer. Stacy Taylor and Cassandra Devries are giving absolutely no customer service. Stay away. Insurance companies should give peace of mind, well they have been giving nightmares.
