Not possible to call them. Offical # +66 2 695 4300, nobody ever pick up the phone. No replacement parts for the P10. They needed to order and told me it will take 1-2weeks. Now after 3 weeks nobody called. They also should have at least 1 person in theBangkok Service Center who could speak english. (many foreigns live here which don't speak fluent Thai).
Update: Did another trip to the Service Center, I don't know the reason, they created a new repair order telling me in about 1 week they will call (replaced the old repair Nr. sticker on the phone with a new one)

I bought Y9 2019 for 3 months. The screen has problems since the first month that I used.
There are bounce lines on the screen and half the screen on the normal color. But the lower part is blinking green in the 3 months period used
It bounces every month once a month. This is the 4th month. Suddenly bounced up (at this time 00.03 hrs, 11 July 62)
PS I took it to the phone center that I bought. He said that the machine didn't have a problem. I was very angry when it bounced up when I was working. (If the company is able to read and understand the consumer)

bought huawei nova lite recently from huawei singapore.
Just 2 weeks and i found that the data keep on missing one by one. Tried to call huaiwei singapore several times for help, follow their suggestion but unfortunately problem still remains as of now.
Tried to post on they facebook but my reply is marked as spam by them.
not much choice but need to sick help from public, does anyone encounter this problem? what is the possible root cause and how can we solve the problem?
I am using SD card as default storage, however even those number i stored inside the phone is missing, scanned and no virus found.
