I recently had the opportunity to engage with the Hsm Group for a service I required. After visiting their website, I found the overall experience to be average. The website was easy to navigate, but it lacked the modern design and user-friendliness that I have come to expect from similar companies. Although the content was informative, it did not stand out among their competitors. The customer support was satisfactory, prompt in responding to my queries, but lacking a personal touch.
