This is the worst import company i encounter, promised deliver and no show then repromised deliver and no show again,, the customer hotline u need to call 100 times and if lucky 1 time will have some robot answering. Even the robot answer will just tell you am arranging deliver again which after that you are in space again..
Anyone if import shipment from CHINA please check if their local delivery is HS INTERNATIONAL or HS EXPRESS pls beware,,
End up i go their office and found out there are more than 9 staff inside and no one is answering customer enquiries..If i didnt self collect i guess the goods may be another 1 month to deliver or LOST....

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Caller was very rude and pressure to only take the timeslot as given. When request to call after 2 hours so we can made alternative arrangements, shouted on the phone. Bad attitude and when requested for his name, he simply throw the phone to a lady. They shouldn't be in businesses at all.

Freight from China was on time, but the last mile delivery here, HS International, is not only not in time but doesn't offer me a time slot. It is given, you don't have a choice. And even after that, they are not on time. Do they assume that their customers do not need to work and spend all day waiting for their elastic delivery time?

Worst forwarding services. No one pick up the call for 2 days. Email no respond. I have 18 parcels. Sent 14 and another 4 no news. No one to check with. Irresponsible, the 14 boxes left right in front of ur entrance, refused to bring in for u.

Horrible service. My company's import reaches the office and the delivery man is asking for $150 payment without any supporting invoice or share with us what we are paying for.

We requested for a proper invoice before we can make payment but the invoice is for "Collection on behalf". We tried asking for explanation, collect for who, they answered they are collecting for China. We have never paid any export tax to China for all our imports and after further clarifications, these are the points that we received.

1: They are collecting on behalf for China.
2: but they have paid GST to Singapore customs.

So when I requested the invoice to state "Paid GST on behalf for xxxxxx", they said they cannot do so.

The delivery man (who was trapped) was instructed to retrieve our import away. We have to pay for re-delivery if they were to send another day. Heck, I would rather pay the $150 than risking losing everything.

I am suspecting some foul play here so I am reporting to Singapore Customs and IRAS for an investigation.

This company is also agree that shipping is forever late. And company forever uncontactable. Holding customer goods for extended time is equivalent to not providing the delivery service as contracted. Should be investigated by Consumer Association CASE.

Shipment is always late. It takes about 20 or more days for economic shipment when they clearly stated that it should 10-15 days. Customer Service is even worst, nobody will pick up your phone calls. Highly and definitely WOULD NOT recommend HS International pte ltd as your freight forwarding service.
