Frank helped me get my Preown car! He did a good job listen to everything I wanted and helped me found the right one. He even talked Spanish s for my dad that didn t know English :)

The buying process went flawlessly when working with Steven Mobley on a certified preowned car purchase. Fast and friendly service and he had a ton of knowledge on all of the inventory. He set up cars side by side for comparison for my wife and I and didn t push us into anything. Steven genuinely cares about leaving a lasting impression on customers and even has a great sense of humor. We will be Howdy Honda customers again in the future! Oh and working with David Basham in the finance department was great!

The purchasing process was Great but when my brand new Pilot was 3 weeks old the Infotainment system started having issues and I was told there is nothing they can do at this time Now I have a 2020 Pilot with 700 miles on it that the speakers work half the time and the entire radio and dash will completely shut off while driving leaving us without a speedometer or any vehicle info. This vehicle is unsafe to drive at this time and I was told its a known problem that Honda will hopefully have a fix for soon. Not sure why I wasnt told about this potential issue when I was buying a Brand New vehicle.

I bought my first new car since 1997 a few weeks back at Howdy and couldn't be happier. Dina Dillard was so helpful and knew her car! She showed me all the neat features on the Fit that I'd only ever seen in pictures. Staci Dunneback also was fabulous walking me asking a few models before i had committed myself to the model i wanted. This was a much easier experience than the first time I walked into a Honda dealership in Hawaii years back. And that car lasted me over 300k miles! Looks like I'm a Honda buyer for life.

just about one of the worst dealerships out there. rude and aggessive sales, pushy, obnoxious, treat people like they are idiots. watch out for those 5 star reviews, espeically the ones mentioning sales persons' names and with only two sentenses, some of the writing style are so similar, it's almost like they were written by the same guy. the place is full of dishonest people, i don't see any reason why anyone wants to shop here.

Even though I no longer live in South Austin, I drive all the way from Cedar Park for Service and Sales because this dealership is simply the BEST I have ever dealt with. I just leased a BEAUTIFUL Honda Accord last week at Howdy Honda. I worked with Mike Daniels and he was extremely attentive and helpful. I looked at several different models at different dealerships, and although I loved the Accord, I wanted to make sure I was getting the best car for the best deal. Needless to say, Mike understood my budget restraints and made sure to get me my dream car complete with sunroof, backup camera, keyless entry, etc for right at my budget.

Another thing I noted that was unique to this dealership is that both times I went to look at cars at Howdy Honda, a manager came up to me and my boyfriend and thanked us for our business and offered to answer any questions we had. That didn't happen anywhere else, and it made me feel like a valued customer.

I'm extremely pleased with my recent used car purchase! My neighbors purchased a new car from Howdy Honda over the summer, and recommended I give them a shot when I started looking. After glancing at their inventory online, I worked with Jeff Ellis to find the car that was right for me. Not long (1 day) after my purchase, one of my daytime running lights went out. When I brought it back to service, Eric (an Advisor in Express Service) brought to my attention that a rodent had chewed the wire. He quickly introduced me to Jacob Mathews, who listened to my frustration as this was a very recent purchase, an expensive part, and he was the 3rd person I spoke to that day. Jacob was very patient, and quickly offered a solution. Everything was fixed later that same day. Jacob, Eric (and the Howdy Honda service team) deserve 5 stars as well!

We bought a Honda CRV about two weeks ago at the Howdy Honda Austin location. Our salesman was Nik Popov. Nik was very knowledgeable in the subject and also impressively smart, logical, and humble at the same time. We have been to several other Honda dealers before. This was our first time going to Howdy Honda. We loved the experience and the services we got. We recommend Nik Popov to anybody who wants to shop for Honda, and we'd love to go back to Mr. Popov in the future if we plan to buy another car from Honda.

Wow!! Howdy Honda and the employees are amazing. I've never had so many bells and whistles on a car and at such a reasonable price. Call and ask for Brad Plache. He took the time over the phone to ask me what I was looking for and when I pulled up the next day he had the exact car waiting for me.

I could have signed the papers right there, but he took the time to explain every feature of my car. I felt like I knew everything about it before I even test drove it. When it was time to sign the papers he made sure I understood all my options (money down vs not, leasing, trade in, number of months). Even the gentleman that spoke with me about warranties and other options didn't pressure me at all. He explained everything and let me make the right decision for myself.

I can't forget to mention the great waiting area. Tons of treats and drinks to pick from, and a play area for the kids. You won't have to use this waiting area very long. This team keeps things moving. Buying a car from these guys is not an all day event (although I was having such a good time I kind of wish it had been). They make sure the process is quick and painless. If I knew car buying could be this great I would have purchased a new car months ago.

It's been a month and half since my purchase. I walked in today to pick up my plates and Brad met me at the door with tool to put my plates on the car. I've purchased new cars at other places, and when I've walked in the door a few weeks later they have no idea who I am or why I would be there.

If you want a great car at an awesome price you need to come to Howdy Honda. If you want someone who knows who will treat you right you need to call Brad Plauche.

I used Howdy Honda to get some service and maintenance done on my car and had a great experience. I had gone to another mechanic who gave me a laundry list of repairs. I showed this list to Joey at Howdy Honda and he found that about 75% of the repairs either didn't exist or would have damaged my car. I'm so grateful I brought my car here! They were very honest and incredibly helpful. Joey even showed me where to look and see if there were issues for some of the items I'd been given. Howdy Honda saved me from spending over $1,000 on what would have been bogus repairs. They also made the repairs my car did need very quickly even though it was a busy day. I'll be using them for any and all mechanical needs on my car.

Howdy Honda is an extremely well run, conveniently located dealership that sells great cars. I bought a second Civic within several months (the first kept my daughter safe in a side collision) and again I am very happy with Nik Papov in sales and both Jacob and Kevin in service, who have been helping me for years. Although I had expected my original 94 Honda Accord to last at least another 19 years, circumstances out of my control resulted in its untimely demise! So I was in the market for a new car and a good friend recommended that I go see Nik Popov at Howdy Honda. That turned out to be superb advice.

Howdy Honda was fantastic. I got great service from Ashley in the Service department, who quickly got me into a loaner vehicle so they could repair my car the next day. Quite a nice loaner too - a 2017 CRV.

My car was fixed the next day and covered by warranty. They even washed the car before returning it! Overall great service.

My husband and I are Honda people. We have owned six Hondas (4 for us and 2 for our at-the-time teenage children). We keep our cars about 10 years. So we were in the market to buy a new Honda. We weren't sure if we wanted the Odyssey or the Pilot. Scott showed us both cars and then Johan took over the next time we went in. We took items that we normally pack when traveling to see how it all fit. Johan was very patient. We test drove both cars. We liked both cars but decided on the 2017 Pilot. Negotiating on the contract took a while but not too long. We never felt pressured by Johan. We are happy with the car. All in all, it was an easy experience.

My wife and I recently bought our new car ('17 Pilot) at Howdy Honda. We worked with Rex Flaczynski, who treated us well. We compared offers from many different dealers but Rex and Howdy offered us the most competitive price on the model and trim line we wanted. Rex was a pleasure to do business with. Andy in the finance office is also a gentleman (and a total contrast to the last experience I had five years ago at a different Honda dealer).

We just purchased a 2020 Honda Odyssey at Howdy Honda and had the best experience with Rex Flaczynski as our sales consultant. My husband contacted Rex via email to negotiate a price in advance, and we set up an appointment to see the car one Saturday morning and drove out of the dealership with our new car two hours later! Rex was friendly and upfront with the entire car buying process and we really appreciated his help. Also Ann in financing was fantastic. Overall this was the best car-buying experience we have had.

I left the service dept. today feeling like it was 1992 again (in a good way). I had called inquiring about some issues with my '08 Element. Jeff Dahl(?) helped me out on the phone, helped me out in person to get a grasp of what my issue was, then went on a quick ride with me to hear the issue as well. Who does that these days? I wanted to hug him. I always come to Howdy for the oil changes and service anyways, but knowing he was trying to help me pinpoint my issue, bringing a mechanic out briefly to check it too. My goodness. Jeffrey...seriously a good guy, and the mechanic who helped me too, I seriously owe you two. I'll see ya soon and make up for it. No one gives service like this anymore and it's all because of those 2 guys.

Excellent experience! I am visiting Austin and while here my oil needed to be changed before I returned to New Mexico. I went online to the Howdy Honda website and scheduled the appointment (easy website). When I arrived I was greeted quickly. Even though my records were not available suggestions were made to maintenance needed at 30,000 miles (not pushy). These items were completed in NM. The entire experience was great - from the check in, waiting area to check out. Howdy Honda was very thorough with the 20 point inspection - no shortcuts. If I needed service again, I would come to this location. Bravo!

I went into Howdy Honda yesterday afternoon after already test driving a lot of other small SUVs on Saturday. Justin Fuller came out to meet me in the lot and it was the easiest car buying experience I've ever had. I test drove a '14 Honda CRV and loved how much it reminded of my dear departed '08 Mazda Tribute. Justin was very easy to talk to and was informative without being pushy.

When it came down to talking about price I think we were very frank with each other and I felt like I was listened to and got a good deal. The whole deal happened pretty quickly. Andy Tuerck, the financing guy was very nice too. He matter of factly explained the extended warranty and some other programs they offered and wasn't insistent but gave his experienced advice. We really liked him and ended up talking with him longer about other things.

Overall I was very pleased with everyone who helped us and the dealership was very nice, and professional looking. Not only did I get a great car and a good price but I actually enjoyed the experience. I would highly recommended Justin and Andy if given a choice when you get there.

I will never go back to Howdy Honda, today's experience was so awful. We're students, so we wanna to finance the car to build our credit history, however, the manager just asked us to contact the bank to prove they can finance it. I financed with my previous Toyota Corolla, and there was no problem about that, but when I asked why customer has to do this by themselves, he just said you have to do that, my friend and I felt so down today, because if you don't wanna finance, my friend can just pay cash at one time, but, there was no more talking about this....

Gerry was great! He made the car buying process fast & easy. I was in and out of Howdy Honda on a Saturday in < 2 hrs. Then, he delivered the car to my house a few days later. He gave me his cell # so I could reach out whenever I had questions about my new car & its features, etc. You can't ask for better customer service than that! I highly recommend! And, I absolutely love my 2019 Honda Fit EX!

Howdy Honda service is always excellent. All team members are good. A few weeks ago I had a small emergency near closing hours. Jesse B. told me to come on in. Upon arrival, he took photos, measured, got on the phone, got my coverage authorized, got a technician to come take care of it, and I was out the door. Nice.

The front windshield heat shade/shield that I purchased works grate. It help keep the heat out of the vehicle.
