All I can say these will reap what they send trust me I will be making some serious investigations to these scammers and fraudsters

so called "solicitors" department and i use that term VERY loosely, of the bottom feeding debt collection agency Robinbson Way and parent company Hoist Portfolio. Never speak to these scum

Commercial real estate agency in Leeds, England but these muppets are going to have a surprise when they get a solicitors letter for harassment and intimidation and coercion for a debt thats over 5 years old. And nothing to do with real estate.

Happy to break the law. How this company is still able to exist is beyond me. Repeatedly told that the person they are after do not live at the address, yet the carry on with the court action knowing the person has not or never will receive paperwork which is not legal in any way.

Happy to take your money, but give you a run around everytime you ask them to do something for it! WASTE OF TIME

They call themselves a firm of solicitors but they are in fact a scumbag debt collection agency dealing in bad "paper" (debts) bought from banks, building societies and credit card companies. By the time they buy the debt it is usually pretty old so the first thing they do is issue a claim against you at an old address, any address that you have lived at to get a CCJ against you. Obviously an abuse of the court system because you are therefore denied an opportunity to defend the claim. This is done to defeat the 6 years statue of limitations on personal debt, once you have a CCJ they can legally chase you forever. The problem is that if you don't owe the money, say if you were bankrupt or the debt wasn't legal to start off with, you end up with a CCJ against your credit file and know nothing about it. They are supposed to make sure you are contacted and aware of any impending court action and offer settlement terms or the opportunity to explain why the debt is not owed, they do nothing but buy the paper and issue a court claim, completely illegal and not following court notice protocols wasting court time. I am now filing an N244 against them to take them to court to remove a CCJ that should never have been issued....a debt that isn't owed, but they don't care, they buy the debt and chase you or sue you without even checking the validity of the debt. Scum company trading on the misfortune of others and the shameful payday loans companies. I would say don't use them, but they seem to only deal with other scumbag companies and finance houses.
