I've never used the service until today, I read about their mission statement and found it wholly worth investing in, called in a pickup of residential goods, the guys did a great job picking it all up, thanks much especially to their foreman Cody, the rest the guys did great, thanks much!!!!
We hired labor to help us move some furniture and they were excellent! Great communication, very considerate of furniture and house, very punctual. Highly recommend.
The men I've got to know at the HOW Foundation are dedicated to changing their lives for the better. This place was the last chance for some of them and they are making it work. They are hard workers and it has been a real pleasure getting to know them.
I am so very pleased with how wonderful the entire crew, supervised by Cody Couch, was while working at my house. I gave them an odious job of removing a redundant fence line in a very hot and close environment, and they did so with smiles and creativity. I asked if they could fashion a bit of the fence to block off a section, which they did. I am so PLEASED. They even killed the snakes that were in the area in which they were working! Yikes. I had no idea! Thank you for a swift service. They arrived early and took no time at all to complete the task. And the cost?! What a wonderful deal. Hard, efficient workers! I will ask for Cody and his crew again!
We utilized the HOW foundation for shrub removal, tree trimming and yard clean up. Brian and his crew showed up on time, went over all the project details with me, completed the work in a fraction of time I was expecting, cleaned up and hauled all the debris away and provided me with a written invoice. These guys did a tremendous job and even with the tip was a much better deal than using other lawn services. I will definitely be calling them again for future projects and am happy to support a program helping people get their lives back on track.
Used the foundation for moving across town. They arrived on time. We did a walk through of my house and showed them everything they will be moving for me. They were very professional. They were careful about moving my furniture. I would hire this company again for my next move.
I have used the H.O.W Foundation twice now for moving and they are amazing. The gentlemen are very quick, professional and kind. I really appreciate the hard work they do. I will never use another company to move as long as I can help it!
Save your stress and contract with someone reputable. Seems to have become more corrupt from the top. You can tell from the way they respond to direct and indirect questions about why things have changed. OK in a pinch, but I haven't had a good experience with them in years now. Sad, because it's a good idea, but this seems to be what humans do when money starts coming in.
We needed a treadmill moved from downstairs to upstairs. Not only did they move it, they set it up. I called several places for pricing, and they were by far the most reasonable.
The crew was courteous and knowledgeable!
