Houston Rockets/Toyota Center Review

Nice place. Well organized. Great view from the court from wherever you sit.

Clean easy; to get to; great atmosphere; safe for families

I ve been to plenty games and a couple concerts at the Toyota Center and don t have any negative experiences here. The lines usually all move in a timely manner and the staff here are mostly all friendly and won t bother to help you if you need it. FYI if you want to enter the venue quicker, go in through the other entrances around the building instead of the main entrance. Unless they are closed because sometimes they are

Great place...just irritating that we could not bring in our un-opened water for our KIDS.

Thoroughly enjoyed the game although we lost on a hail Mary shot! Arena was clean, purchasing tickets and parking was easy. Only issue was not being forewarned about what not to bring to the game. Lost my small fingernail pocketwatch!

A good place for basketball, but terrible for concert!

What a lovely structure, in a lovely place. Good for watching live concerts, shows and indoor basketball games. I had a wonderful experience. Can't wait to watch a basket ball game once again. It's lovely and amazing. The crowd make the game much more lovely. The fare is relatively ok, all you need is just to get your tickets before the game and enjoy a wonderful match.

Great place to watch basketball. Lots of places to park. 10 to 20 dollars. Staff is helpful. Club area is really nice.

For the entertainment value of Toyota Center the price is fair 4 on a budget, trying to go all out in the lower section and Club area is just way too expensive. The Lexus Lounge is very nice and really completes the feel of Toyota Center along with its wine bar. Season ticket holders really get the whole deal, to go just one time is not worth it.
Best deals are 60 and under up in the high seat and basket view, the jumbo tron which by the way is far above average makes it much easier to enjoy. Plenty of activities for kids in the upper levels, not much for adults some games and cars to look at.
Food-wise there is not much variety there is some new things added but nothing special like at NRG Stadium or Minute Maid Park. Most food vendors seem under staff.
box office ticket vendors are very helpful and very kind and are informative about any situation included in Flash seat problems which I had and I was able to get a refund.
Security and ticket scanners are very disorganized when opening for the promotions not everyone is on the same page and everyone just rushes the lines and pushes and shows there's no control. Some entrances giveaway vouchers for the promotions and some actually have the promotion itself; so being one of the first 3,000 fans for any promotion is not guaranteed go really early.
Pregame shows are great and have time activities are excellent as well just the minor cliches of customer service staff in the overall price of food parking plus the exhaustion overwhelmed it takes just to get to their end in the place itself really just makes you feel ..short change. With as expensive as the NBA is you just expect more compared to the experience you get from football and baseball. Still have a great time go Rockets. Red nation.

The venue is great for concerts, but the concessions are very expensive and overpriced... it is greed exhibited in its' finest form.... my beer tasted like line cleaner...

Disgusted with their outrageous "Convenience Fee" to purchase tickets online! Get in the 21st Century Toyota Center!

Good view or stage/field.....comfortable seats....pleasent staff....food is not bad but very pricey and drinks are extremely pricey (was $25 for just 2 draft beers)....didn't bother with the alcoholic beverages after being gouged on the beers.... ):

I like the Toyota center. Don't get me wrong, you'll be gouged with parking, food, and drink prices. That's everywhere unfortunately. There's plenty of bathrooms and everything is straightforward on where you need to go. Seats comfy. What else can I say?

Very expensive inside the food stands, yes I know all these places need to upcharge but sometimes the prices can get ridiculous. 5 dollars for a bottle of water and 12 for some ok nachos

Good atmosphere in the hall, possibility to upgrade tickets in the hall! Be sure to use the rows 110ff are not a comparison to the rows 400ff

I really enjoy this place. I've been here for concerts and games. I've never had an issue with tickets or seats. Even the staff is friendly. I've never encountered a negative experience while visiting Toyota Center. No matter what level I'm sitting in, I'm capable of viewing either a game or concert perfectly fine. Sound system is great for concerts and for games, everyone I sit next to have made it a great experience. Although the food can be pricey, I thoroughly enjoy The Toyota Center

I love going here to watch a Rockets game or a performance. Their venue is very nice and clean. I like how there are restrooms everywhere because I don't have to wait in line to use the restroom. The staff is friendly and kind.

Non educated workers. Sad. They make it hard to have a good family time. Security had an issue about having half a pack of m&m for my kids low blood sugar in her diaper bag, but over looks a flip Swiss army knife in my wife's purse. I'm glad we don't trust these dumb skcuf with an important job.

Excellent concert venue. Handicap treatment is way above average. Even if crowded for a popular performer does not seem to be uncomfortable. We always enjoy the concerts here.

They need more ushers to help find seats in the dark and security to keep people from standing on their chairs.

Great music venue. As with others, the prices are fairly exorbitant and I feel like their staff should be better equipped to handle and delegate where lines start and end, however it is still very clean, the staff are friendly, the box office is usually helpful, and their sound systems and video displays are very clear and up-to-date.

This is my favorite place lol.... Love my Houston Rockets!!!! Let's Go

I had a great time, as usual, in the Toyota Center. The food was great. The ladies restrooms were clean & fresh smell. The workers as I entered into the Toyota Center were patience, friendly and helpful. The worker that pointed me to my seat was patient with everyone, friendly and helpful. I really appreciate ALL of the workers. They have a lot of patience and yet helpful and friendly. I applaud each ok of them. I've gone to the Toyota Center many time for sport events I am always treated by friendly workers. The women restrooms have always been clean. Thank all the workers for their hard work at the Toyota Center!!

Would give it 5 stars but for the food being way too high!! Ridiculously high...$5 bottle of water and $14 for nachos.

A huge hall, spacious and clean. Comfortable seats (relatively), countless staff, ready to help and assist in anything and everything. Huge screens radiate the game, for the benefit of those sitting far away. Great and eye-catching signage. No food or drink is allowed. They want you to buy inside. Monopolistic buffet prices ... Cannot be entered with bags and must be deposited in wardrobe. Despite the amount of people, everything is tidy and flowing. Parking is free, and parking can be paid (at the selected parking lot) on the parking companies' websites. It should be noted that this is the territory of Company A, and that the parking lot is known, often, Company B. Pay attention to the lowercase letters in the return email to understand which sign to look for. I turned around for almost half an hour, round about, until I realized that I was in the right place. It's important to park in a neat parking lot. They drag and fast. Either way it is an amazing experience.
