Houston Physicians Hospital is a perfect example of exemplary patient care. Every single staff member, physical therapists, nurses, and Dr Mellilo were the best. Professional, kind, and get this...happy! Any type of medical procedure can be trying for the patient and family. HPH and staff went above and beyond to alleviate some of the stress and make recovery easier. I highly recommend this hospital.
This is my third time getting help at aquatic care. They have helped with issues I had regarding my back and knee. It is so much better than the regular therapy. The water makes it more soothing. It allows you to do more stretching without an increase in pain. People should consider this kind of therapy before any other.

We had an Excellent experience with the whole stuff in this Hospital..During my husband s in patient recovery period. From the Nurses , Miss Valerie. Miss Cloe , Cris and lots of others . They are very Professional and knowledgeable. Their TLC made you feel very eased every thing will be okay . I Definitely recommended this hospital . You are in good hand and worry free .
My 16 month old daughter had tubes put in her ears at this facility, and I was pleased with the staff from the time I entered to the time I left. Very friendly & accommodating. The waiting area has a nice coffee station too.
Hospital is good the business office is terrible. Their invoices make no sense and never show payments. The business office, Karen, never answer the phone and you have to leave a message. It doesn t matter when you call. Sometimes they call you back and sometimes they dont
Had horrible experience with the night nurse after surgery. Very unprofessional and rude. The day time nurse was amazing. The food staff and cleaning staff were fabulous as well.
This is the worst hospital I have ever seen in my life. Dr Derek in the ER tonight will get reported to the medical board for his incompetence. Why would you ever go to Medical School and become a doctor if you do not want to help take care of people. Your evilness will come back and haunt you. You deserve misery

The hospital/surgery waiting area is very clean. They have a coffee and snack bar for people waiting on their loved ones....when it s not Covid.
2 of my procedures I had to wait a long time and was not informed of why. The other 2 were right on time.
I am very big on customer service. I believe that if you are running behind you should update the patients. I completely understand things happen, but it s courtesy to let us know you are running behind.
The anesthesiologist are great. They make you feel at ease.
I would have another procedure here if I have to have another one. It seems more family like than bigger hospitals.
I broke my right ankle and foot and was on our river trip. I have had two knee replacements done at this hospital. It s top notch this hospital as always. Great evening
