Great rental spaces, great prices, and great maintenance! The employees are always extremely nice, understanding, and accommodating; not anything like most of the other rental companies near ou (university rentals, university off campus housing, ect. all have awful customer service!). I've had no issues since renting through them, and I can't say the same from when I rented through other companies. Would definitely recommend!

By far the best rental company you can go through! They re so accommodating, maintenance is quick to respond, rent is a fair price for how well-kept the places are, and they have a small town, friendly atmosphere. I m very glad I chose to do business with them!

Rent is competitively priced for the area and even with as many properties as they have maintenance issues were taken care of promptly and replaced with quality items! 3 stars was because of the security deposit. They market the deposit is given back to students. General cleaning and a sweep through of the apartment should never be charged and I have never had it charged until this place. They deducted $55 from each roommate which is ridiculous. Pictures were sent to me but again did not show 100+ in charges. Very disappointed as this is the only problem I have had with this company.

I lived in one of their units for a year: it was far and away the nicest place that I lived in Athens, and my interactions with them were the best interactions I have ever had with an Athens landlord. I would highly recommend them to anybody searching for a place in Athens, especially if you're a graduate student or young professional.

This is my first experience ever renting a home and the housing hotlink landlord has been nothing but nice and helpful. They are very concerned about me being happy with the house and they are always eager to fix anything that requires maintenance. They also allow pets and they are very nice and understanding about rent.

I love living with Housing Hotlink. They are always nice, and any time that I have had to call for a repair, or for any reason, they are quick to fix any problem that arises.

When my water heater went out at night, we had a brand new one the next day with no hassle. I have had some bad experiences renting in Athens, and this has not been one of them. I'm staying here till I move away.

I rented through housing Hotlink from August 2018 through June 2019. They are a very transparent company that provides competitively priced housing for businesses, students and locals. Sandy the property manager is both knowledgeable of the properties and friendly. She took the time to remember my name and other facts about me despite having hundreds of tenants. They also offer $100 per person you refer that signs a lease. I was able to take advantage of this once and it was very helpful! Tod, the maintenance guy, was able to come by and fix things in a timely manner and their maintenance request system is quick and easy. I ve rented through two other companies in Athens (Scott Hunter rentals and A local family who owned a house) and neither of those landlords compared in customer relations. I can full heartedly recommend Housing Hotlink to anyone and I hope this helps you when considering your housing options. My only regret is I didn t find out about them sooner.

As both an undergraduate and graduate student at OU, I have plenty of experience dealing with the realtors around Athens. HousingHotlink and their team are by far the fairest, kindest, and most transparent of them all. I lived in an apartment at 45 N Shafer and it was clean, quiet, and perfectly located for me as a medical student, but I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, reasonably priced apartment in Athens.

I lived here my senior year at Ohio University and truly think that they are the best landlord in Athens. They are very clear of their leasing contracts and go over the contract with you in person so that you understand every part before signing. During my time as a tenant, I put in a few maintenance requests and the landlord sent me an email letting me know that their maintenance staff was very busy and they will do their best to have my appliances fixed soon. The staff was at my apartment within a day of submitting my request. Any questions I had I could send an email and they responded immediately. I never felt like I was being scammed out of my money as compared to other rental companies on campus. They also offer fun decorating contests for their rental properties and send out emails for winter break, graduation, etc. saying to have safe travels and reminders about upkeep with rental properties while we are away. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a place to live at in Athens!

I love HousingHotLink because they treat me like an adult human being, an equal, instead of an irresponsible college student like some rental companies seem to assume we all are. The folks at HousingHotLink are so accommodating and understanding and just all around great people who care about their customers. I absolutely recommend them.

They are the best landlords ever. They worked with me when it came to scraping together money for the deposits and first months rent (I got offered a job and had to move very quickly without much time to prepare), and they also have worked with me if I ever had a month where I was going to be late on my rent. They were so nice about it, they didn't even charge me a late fee.

They also come and fix problems right away, and the maintenance staff is incredibly friendly and reliable.

I just love everyone at housinghotlink. They truly care about your experience and want you to have a good living experience. They re on top of maintenance. They re understanding about rent payments as long as you communicate with them. With that being said I always feel very welcomed when I go into the office. Compared to other other places to rent from it s definitely a better experience.
