I assume most of the staff is working from home cause when I speak to staff they reply I'm having trouble hearing you I reply I can hear the back ground noises but I can't hear you sad not good customer service
Its been a week that i trying to contact the office and nobody answered the phone the front desk is always a machine i leave messages amd till right now nobody has return my call realy bad service
I have lived in scattered sites for over 20 yrs. Yes there s been times where it may seem to take awhile to get thru or get something fixed. But not any longer than living in an apartment on my own. I think they ve done a great job and Continue to do so. Great landlords and they have always treated me with respect. Everyone I have come in contact with in housing has made it a good experience. I feel blessed for all they ve done for me and my daughters.
Been helping out a single mom and her child for five years and still haven t been placed!!!

I am one of I'm sure numerous people with vouchers or just have a question and need answers and voicemails are always full. You either get no answer on emails or it makes takes them days to answer. There must be a change in organization. This is not acceptable.
The lady that's named juarez she doesnt help you out with application i messeged her thousands of times and said same thing,now i messege her and no replies anymore what a horrible costumers servics

Difficult to get in contact with. Staff is hardly ever helpful.
Customer service is poor. Just called to ask couple questions and the lady who I spiked with was rude and seemed like she didn t want to help.
I don t understand why they have people that do not have communication skills as receptionist.

Be very careful when dealing with these people. Make sure you have copies and screenshots of everything because they will claim that you did not report a change. Funny how they go after people who get a new job but don t go after people that sell weed (which is illegal in Texas).
