I don't know nor care where this woman works, but Aimee Wooster is such a rude cow! To have someone that is that rude and unpleasant as an "eligibility specialist" is a load of bull. This woman is one of the worst people I've ever met. You can judge someone by how they treat others, and I've seen all I need to know this woman is awful. If you employ people like her, there's no wonder the reviews are bad. Id rather be homeless than to deal with this company with that woman employed. Treat others how you wish to be treated.

I have heard that the Austin Housing Authority is full of the meanest, rudest, most unlawful workers it is unbelieveable that you allow this to go on.
Austin is rich with property tax. Why don t you do something and hold your employees at HAcA accountable? How can you allow this to go on? Do you realize you could be sued for oppressing disabled impoverished people?
They don t come to be psychologically and verbally and legally abused. They come for much- needed help.
I am managing a property that have section-8 tenant under the HACA and at times they are EXTREMELY slow in responding emails as well.. I understand COVID situations and most staff working from home and answering calls will be difficult. But responding emails from home shouldn't be and it seems responding an email takes almost a week or more. Also when at times direct deposit are not coming in time such as this Nov month I still didn't receive the rent and its already past 12 days and nobody cares to respond on its whereabouts. How do we address delinquent rent payments from the housing authority when they are not responding at all???
