Our wedding reception experience in the Cambridge Room was beyond expectation. Jen, Mel, Terri, and the whole crew at special event planning went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of, so that we could focus on our wedding day. We were treated like rockstars the whole night, and our guests wouldn't stop commenting on how unique and beautiful the venue was. Thank you again for everything!
I recently got to see Torey Lanez and it was a pleasure,he was so fun of a performance I can't begin to tell you how much his show was a delight I really was impressed with the concert he even took time to let the customer know that he appreciates everyone being there and you could tell he and the other artist was truly giving there Best efforts to give us an A1 show.
I have now seen a couple of shows here. It's a really nice venue. You can stand close to the stage if you want or sit down in the balcony. We enjoyed the drinks at the bar. the first time I went the restaurant was open. The food was okay, regular bar food. The most recent time I visited the restaurant was under construction. Overall, really like this venue and would see more shows here.
Well run venue with great bands to give you a memorable and fun musical experience.
I had a blast at the Mike Stud concert, I used a coat check upstairs and wasn't able to get my hoodie after the show. I still had a great time tho.
I like this venue for a more personal experience. Prefer to sit in balcony if possible but floor is good too. I suppose as always shorter people may not be able to see well on floor. Drinks are expensive as with most venues now.
I was here for the New Year's Eve concert. It was pretty much what I expected. A champagne toast was included in the ticket price, which was a nice bonus. The coat check went quickly at the end of the night. I do like HOB's message of togetherness through music and unity in diversity.
Great place for live music, but I would eat elsewhere before you go for the music.
always fun. have some great memories and top favorite shows I've seen here
A place of business that has no regard for bartenders over serving guests, crowds not in control and patrons getting seriously hurt. Too bad the managers, CEO, owner, could care less about returning phone calls regarding an injury to a paying guest. People beware of your visit there. House of Blues only interested in making money, not taking care of their guests!
Great place to see a show!! Plenty to do nearby while you wait for your show, or head upstairs for some good food and friendly times. The only reason for a 4 star and not a 5 was the price of the drinks. 11$ for a beer and 15$+ for a mixed... A bit steep, but somewhat understandable. Still knocks that 1 star off for me though.
We had a Great time and the Show was a Sellout. Natalie Stovall was Awesome and My Cousin's Band, Jamey Johnson, brought the House Down with Their single, 'In Color'
I've been here five times already and have had a good time, every time I came here. Great food (Foundation room). Great local bands, current chart toppers, and bands I've been waiting to see for the past twenty years or so who were popular during the nineties. The artwork on the walls are unique in their own way. They help contribute to a "bluesy" atmosphere. You have to go there to experience it at least "once". Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to see a good show at an affordable price.
Had a great time, VIP host in the lobby who took care of us was wonderful!! Female Bartender in Foundation Room needs a little instruction on interaction with the guests. My friend ordered a beer as I was at the Beerlist in a darkened room she was more concerned with getting my credit card to secure a Tab instead of getting my friends beer and maybe going over the list with me asking my likes and dislikes. I frequently went to the foundation room when it was private and the level of service was completely different. Much better!! I mean I spent $300 for tickets to the show, I'm not going to skip out on a $5 beer my friend ordered!! Exercise some customer service, damm!!
Their business practices are bordering on criminal... but I'm a good sport....
Nice venue despite being small. Good food for a good price. The vibe was perfect And the service was good despite only being 2 bartenders.
This place is a great venue for small to medium concerts. They serve"bar" food and adult beverages. Don't bother buying a seat, you are going to end up standing, anyway. No one stays in the seats!
Great local bands, the 8 pm performance really held the crowd. And it was crowded. $7.50 for a draft beer? But local brews local grooves. Awesome
Great atmosphere, great food, great service, all at a great price!
Holding my money hostage trying to "reschedule". Been there tons of times, never again.
The staff was super friendly, the venue is navigable and the acoustics are great!
It was just nice being an iconic place like House of Blues very awesome really really awesome
Food was excellent. Just make sure you get the correct beer. I ordered 2 different beers and neither were correct. However, service was top notch.
Seems like the customers are ALL one big HAPPY family !!!
Have been here twice and its always clean and the staff are great :)
Great music venue! Good food, drinks, and outstanding service.
We love going to the House of Blues to see concerts. I have been here numerous times over the years. There's not a bad seat in the house. And the restaurant is great too... I highly recommend the shrimp and grits. It's top notch!
Great midsized venue for concerts. Decent accoustic and experience in the pit.
I've always thought the venue is too small for the amount of people they cram in there. Some people don't mind that but I'm not a fan
The concert I attended was amazing . The staff for the arena were clueless of anything happening and suggested everyone stand outside. The waitress for the restaurant seating area was rude and insisted she didn't mean anything by her comments. I would suggest the staff minus the VIP Reps be equipped to answer more questions than the bar is to the left.
