Great hotel. Home very well. Room and bathroom comfortable and large

Very dated. Carpet freyed. Advertised as free WiFi butdoeant work in the room. After reading trip advisor ( after our stay) Wi-Fi has been the same, unfixed, since 2014. Very central portion, but they need to invest a.little and this could be one of the.vest stays in Paris. A little disappointed

Good location, quiet area, there are rooms with the ability to cook yourself, you can save a little.

The hotel is very good and it's in a very nice location in the center of Paris.

Hotel is "closed indefinitely" yet will not refund room deposit for a May reservation and instead has offered a voucher to rebook within 12 months.
For starters, they are closed indefinitely, so that 12 month window could be as little as a couple months. Secondly, I live in Canada, I'm not just rescheduling a trip to Paris when they say that they are Now Open For Business.
I understand that the Covid-19 situation has us all in a bad place but stealing people's money is not the answer.
So, La Residence du Roy, enjoy my $1000, you definitely did not earn it.

One of my favorite drop-off points in Paris. An ideal geographical location. Perfect staff. I will return gladly.

Call a taxi to drop him off at the airport I am present at the reception to warn him and at the same time I gave up to the lady at the reception to allow me to use the toilet in an emergency because I am diabetic but she refused my request. asks under the pretext of work then she turned her back.
I have to urinate in front of the hotel.
I can't understand the attitude of this lady

Very friendly staff here. Hotel itself is also nice and clean, a bit dated. We enjoyed our stay.

Large rooms with comfortable and regal bed and large bathroom with a wooden tub and marble convenient to everything perfect their residence by King.

The hotel is very good! The rooms are a bit old, but simply huge by Parisian standards. Everything is very convenient and comfortable. You can freely accommodate a family with two children and a bunch of luggage. Breakfast is standard for the whole of France, not very diverse, but quite decent.
The location of the hotel is just great! Very close to all attractions and shops. Around the sea of cafes and restaurants.

Everything you need is a business that is moderate. It seems to be a hotel. We also had a mini kitchen so we could have a nice meal. Location was not bad, too, and it was close to Barto Muisuta stop, and we went at night safely. It was not just kind.

Clean and spacious rooms. Traffic noise much quieter than I've read in other reviews (we were on the first floor). Nice powerful shower. Room service was laughably expensive, but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Very Small room for their delexue room, their cleaning staff dont speak english , the good part is their location

Very clean and good hotel. Service-oriented and customer-friendly. Possibility of parking in the garage is nice (at an additional cost). Is very central. We had a good stay there.

Fantastic hotel. Family weekend break centre Paris. Easy walk to Eiffel T, Ard D, and all central locations. Not the cheapest but handy. We ate out so cant comment on dinner. Breakfast excelle lnt

Hotel ideally located to visit Paris, and quiet at night. A team very welcoming and friendly even ahead of our requests. In addition we were surprised to be upgraded to our arrival: we could not dream better.

A good place with a good view and located in a good place, with a nice architecture, but the service is not totally the best because it takes too long to check-in and check-out, it takes a long time to upload your bags, Rooms are fine to be three stars and also the location as I had already said.

Nice stay in the centre of the city... All places within walking distance... But no free breakfast... Nice rooms and good housekeeping...

I stayed in the hotel in Decemeber 2017 & I had a delightful stay in the hotel but my phone got stolen from the room by someone in the hotel which totally changed my experince. I m very sure that it has been stolen from the room. the staff tried to help but they should be more careful about such issues. such a shame for a 4 stars hotel.

Location was very good, the room was big and comfortable, make sure if your reservation says breakfast included @ your payment to take a screen shot as they'll make you pay so much for breakfast you already paid for. The furniture are a little too old a little bit diffren from 4 stars else where.

In booking, the price is not cheap, 171 euros a night, stayed for four days and finally received an additional city tax of 44 euros

Generally, the location is very good. The facilities are old, it is a four-star, but I feel that I can't reach it. Overall, make do, after all, the position is good.

Rooms were really basic and bathroom was mouldy and dirty. Breakfast not the best either.

My family and I stayed at this hotel during August and really enjoyed ourselves. The room was great, the staff were very friendly and the location of the hotel itself is perfect for the Champs Elysee, taking a boat ride down the Seine or wandering around Paris.

A very nice hotel that is centrally located. You can walk nearly everywhere - Eiffel tower, Orsay museum, Champs Elyssee in 15- 25 mins. We reserved a suite which was had a separate living room from the bedroom which could be closed off with a sliding wall for privacy. There were 4 of us and it was very roomy. The couch converted into two singles for our kids. The room was as displayed on the website. Nice hot water and comfortable beds.

All the staff were particularly helpful and friendly. Not as many restaurants as at the St Germain des Pres area, but plenty of shopping and restaurants on the Champs Elyssee. It was kind of nice to not be right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. A quick uber got you everywhere for 6-10 USD.

An old hotel, it would be necessary to repair. But the price is acceptable for the center of Paris, the location is super, everything is close. Not bad breakfasts.

Hotel very close to the main attractions, the metro and the Champs Elysees. The room I stayed in was relatively spacious, comfortable bed, with window to street. Maintenance of furniture OK. I did not even taste breakfast. The staff was OK, cost reasonable benefit.

Terrible attention, old hotel, very narrow corridors. Especially very bad attitude at reception. I changed hotels!
