Hotelbooking.com WAY OVERCHARGED my credit card, and now has REFUSED to provide a receipt/confirmation of the charges, saying they can not find my information. Almost $200 extra in charges that was NOT authorized! I have just found out today that Hotelbooking.com (from their website) they are from Italy, making prosecuting for FRAUD difficult (but not impossible). By the way, if you read the 3-star reviews, they ALL sound very similar.. hmmm, I wonder why that is, I didn't comparatively look at the other reviews.. Anyhow, hotelbooking com has shown to rip people like myself off.
