Beautifully decorated hotel. We have bowled and eaten there. Good bowling alley. Very nice buffet restaurant with good quality food and despite the large number of guests you can quietly talk to each other! Recommended!

The room was fine just a pity that we were already woken up at half past five in the morning by a crazy tour guide who thought it was necessary to walk through the hall with a horn for 2 and a half hours to wake his group.
A huge hotel, where you can get lost fast. Parking was fortunately free of charge. The room was clean and functional.
Large Hotel clean and good beds. Friendly welcome at the Reception. We had booked a standard room. Asked if there was another room with sea view available, and got it. I had the pool, sauna, dinner and breakfast all reserved time-wise, well in advance of corona. If you go to the sauna or the swimming pool take your towel from your room otherwise it will cost you money to rent a towel at the sauna !!! Dinner was disappointing in terms of choice, the food was lukewarm. Too bad they passed it on to the ministry! Lots of salads choices, meat or fish nothing vegetarian !! The breakfast was really top notch. Really good breakfast!
We have been coming to this hotel for years, which is often a long weekend twice a year. We think it is very clean and friendly staff, the rooms are warm but that is nice again in the fall, we now had a renovated room with a completely renewed bathroom. Maybe not the cheapest hotel but definitely recommended.

We were first repeatedly incorrect information from the hotel, eventually solved yet gone swimming on the day of arrival and played for many children do that was fine to go 21:30 into the stuffy room and balcony put open, we heard people talk and we talk too few, which is normal when you're on vacation, when my friend some wanted to get out of the car he was quite aggressively approached by our neighbor, about which they hear us talking etc, I heard screaming women so opened my room door open to see what was going on, she looked at me angry and said she heard me ... I said I hear you, when she said yes good huh? I said yes, but there is also something else I continue with my little daughter, she said angry ... that must sleep, I legte her that they did not exactly and nothing to do with it, which is an asocial man came up behind her to me bedreigte and started scolding, my daughter started crying and was very frightened by agresieve cries of these people, I said here not to have sense and call the front desk, which I called and everything told and would arrive right, nothing and called again finally came after 20 minutes there was a woman who told me that they do not because they are afraid it escalated.
The option was another room but my daughter could not sleep and wanted to go home (she's almost 3) she told the woman she had to pick up the wife and husband because she was afraid.
I also wanted people not to come in the morning for breakfast because I had the man addressed his threats very strange epithets and prompted his girlfriend or is the window (because he yelled at me)
So staying was not an option, I have explained below the story and uitgechekt, they would discuss the story with the manager, and I seemed like a good solution to make our mini vacation (birthday present) on another date, commented the hotel dst they do not do this, even back any money, nor excuse anything, my daughter sleeps badly and pees in her pants ever since, so I'm going to look higher, a cold shower Radar ???

Me and my husband come here for visit family on summer . We stay 13 days . Nice big hotel. Room service every day. Near to the beach. And every shop nearby . And cozy lobby . Our room without air conditioning. Some time feel hot at night.

Veey nice nad big hotel. Even if the weather is not Good you will found sth to do in the hotel. Nice, quite big and comfortable room, with shower and bath. Tasty food, however all days almost the same offer but I stay only few days out of season so on season meals could be more differentiated. Very good location few minute to Beach and to the center. Beautiful beach. It is worth to spend there more than 3 days I spent.
Clean large hotel, also with / for events, rich breakfast and dinner . Particularly positive mention must be the attentive staff in the service! Despite dance and music event there was no noise
A huge hotel (of Soviet-like proportions). Everything is neat, the rooms are spacious and comfortable (though I missed coffee facilities). The view from the inside was not special. The meal buffets were excellent. There are several restaurants, pubs, sports facilities and above all almost directly on the sea. Do you like the beach or are you looking for a good place for a conference, this is highly recommended.

Very nice hotel with very clean rooms and wellness area. The breakfast and dinner at the buffet are good and varied. The beach can be reached in 2 minutes, only across the street. The pool is smaller than in the pictures, but very nice.
Great hotel where you can relax in ao the bistro, brasserie, restaurant, swimming pool, sauna, etc. And that is a stone's throw from the beach!
Normal class has been coming here for 20 years with half of Egmond.
You can even spend the weekend with your favorite animals.

Super nice hotel, almost directly on the sea. Everything very clean, neat fresh neat room. Fine buffet both evening and breakfast with delicious salmon. And delicious desserts. Super neat wellness with about 7 different saunas / steam bath. There is also a lot to do in the hotel (billiards, airhokey, squash, bowling, etc ...).
We spent a week in the hotel with our dog. Our rooms were clean and tidy, the beds, I found after getting used to them, very comfortable. The private bathroom had a shower and bathtub. Unfortunately, our small balcony faced the parking lot. I found the staff in the hotel to be very friendly throughout. You can really pass the time in the hotel. We personally, use the massage, the swimming pool and regularly, the small pool tables. The breakfast buffet could offer a little more choice.
Unfortunately, I have to subtract one star. The rooms are a bit noisy. I was annoyed about the certainly necessary, but annoying construction noise, especially in the morning. Partly I was awakened by it.
Friendly staff, but strict with rules regarding the car exactly at 12 o'clock exit and hand in room pass at the pool. The breakfast is quite extensive, but what there is is not very special. No spices due to the scrambled egg, little taste of the muffins. Coffee, but no cappuccino. Fruit juices, but not fresh. Expected a more luxurious breakfast at a hotel in this price category. The bed was wonderful and was adjustable in height (headboard and footboard).

The hotel in reality has nothing to do with the photos. The rooms are much smaller than stated, old rundown furniture and bad view on a flat roof. So we had not booked. But the staff at the front desk was not very interested in that! We wanted to leave directly, but they were not ready to give us back a penny. After we found urine residues on the toilet lid of the predecessor last night, we left this morning, one day earlier than planned! This hotel is just awful and dirty!

Nice Beach hotel in a standard dutch style - basic furniture and entertainments. There is no ATM. Reasonable swimming pool.
Some of the rooms are a bit dated, especially those in the 3rd rear part of the hotel. Furthermore, great location with many facilities

Went for bowling which was nice, afterwards we wanted to go for a drink at their very nice pub only to be denied access to it since we were not hotel guests, so bowling is allowed but a drink is not!? The ridiculous reason was given that some locals made a mess and because of that, locals are not allowed. Pure discrimination if you ask me!

The Hotel Zuiderduin is just awesome!
The very good location (close to the beach and quickly in the center of Egmond) and the always top service from the staff, as well as the parking spaces are great.
Every evening I look forward to the rich breakfast buffet.
In addition, the bowling alley and the bistro are very good and you can spend time in the large hotel complex even in bad weather.

The hotel is nice, there are 2 restaurants, a pub, a jewelry shop, a bowling, a squash room, and many other things. The food quality is high, and it's a perfect place to organize a company event. Cons: there are few toilettes, none at the ground floor/reception. The indication for the hotel rooms and structures are often misleading and confusing and the balcony is in common with other rooms. Anyway the rooms themselves are nice and the services are perfect.
