Pathetic hotel.. waiting for breakfast from 8.30.. still not available.. pathetic service

Good and clean hotel. Value for money.
24 hrs hot water, courteous staff and room service.
About 95 kms from Ajanta caves and 30 kms from Ellora caves.
Hotel has space for open parking however during full occupancy, few of the vehicles would have to park opposite side of the road.
Overall would recommend this for folks looking for a cost effective decent hotel.

The staff in restaurant is very polite .We had Paneer Tikka Masala it was lip smaking.Table serving etiquettes was unique ...this worth visiting restaurant for sure

Very bad experience, was travelling for a office tour, hotel was in renovation.

Dirty rooms which was not cleans after the last guest had moved out...

Dirty mattress and Bedsheet, unhygienic toilet.....

Worse was when he try to show me other rooms they where equally dirty enough.,...

Not recommended .....

Yatra people should know and do property audit from time to time...as this creates negative image for them too

Room was very clean, well maintained, fresh and smelling good with aroma. Room was equipped with all the necessary accessories like electric kettle, coffee and tea bag, packaged water, clean pair of towels ash tray, and couple of glasses and cups, writing table and teapot. It has its own restaurant named Lotus. Food test was good and price was average it can be a bit less. If you take breakfast as a option then it will be more beneficial. Staff of the hotel was very polite. Environment of the was very fresh. Reception staff was also supportive. If you request, they will try their best to fulfill your requirement. House keeping service was also good. Overall experience was very nice. I booked using goibibo....I suppose I got a good deal.

Giving five star due to following reasons !!!

1. Location - Easy to find, close to Vivanta by Taj Hotel and very convenient to Airport and Railway station due to local transportation!
2. Staff - The GM is very kind, very helpful, informative, and very polite and Professional!
3. Rooms - Very well maintained and spacious, and having all amenities such as AC, comfortable bed, clean linen, Hot water24/7, Intercom, Branded toiletries, etc the most important part of the rooms, @very affordable price !!!!
Pocket friendly!!!!

I can recommend this Perfect Hotel to everyone from Single lady traveler to friends, Family, Business traveler and tourists!!!

Located just near Taj Vivanta, can be reached easily via Google Maps. Parking available here for 4 wheelers, the hotel is compact with very little open space inside.

Rooms are average with no balcony, but clean. The bed height is very low and can be a pain for brighter people. The mattress is also and not very comfy.

The washrooms are clean and a little small in size.

Service is excellent and the best part here is delicious food served in the lotus, the restaurant at ground floor. They even serve even in room. I opted for dining service and loved the food. The mutton served here is very delicious and must try.
