We loved this hotel! Good rooms, good reception, very friendly and nice staff and very good SPA.
As for the location, comment that since London is huge, you have to take the metro to go to the typical tourist attractions. However, it is in a very quiet area but with all services (bars, shops, etc.) nearby.
Without a doubt, we will return.
Nice stop off here during our walk along the Thames Path. Service was quick and the food well presented. Limited menu at the present due to Covid but all very good. Staff were great. The Hotel is next to the London Helipad so its a treat to see the Helicopters taking off and landing.

I expected more from the room, the wife made it clear we had a 6 year old and a separate bed was required. We arrived and no second bed in the room after upgrading the room to ensure we had the bed. No cold water in the sink which caused issues when washing our hands and brushing our teeth. The staff are great and where very helpful. Be careful when using the lift to go to the car park, I used the wrong lift and ended up stuck in the basement for a little while until the security guard came to see what I was upto.
Helicopters taking off and landing just outside of our room was quite cool and our son(me to) loved it.
Had dinner in the bar area. Rubbish service all round. Had to ask ror menus, drinks, bill, where our food was after 45 minutes etc etc.
A bit off the beaten track of London. But highly recommended !!! A big thank you again for the NICE surprise at the reception, to the hotel manager.
Every member of staff was attentive and gave me and my partner an anniversary dessert. Friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

However, if this is a 5 star id be bitterly disappointed. Room was outdated, and the gym was a mess both days i was in there. Food in the restaurant wasn't good either
But what was really disappointing, the invoice was to be emailed to me, never came. But when i called up, i was on the phone for over an hour the first time and was told it would be emailed, Never arrived. But i had to call again and wasted over an hour again. Sorry IHG, that's really bad
FYI, it's not hard to link the invoice data to the rewards login portal........

Good views. Room could be kept up to date. Electric curtains not working. Nor blind in bathroom. TV was difficult to navigate and limited choice of channels
Good hotel, AC doesnt work very well. They dont tell you in the beginning that they charge you 20 pounds every hour u stay in the hotel before late checkout!

It's a really nice hotel and a very big gorgeous room with massive balcony. However cobwebs above the television brown spots on the bed sheets and a non-working hydrotherapy machine in the pool Made the experience less than perfect. Also the small portions sizes for food wasn't ideal. However I give the Crowne Plaza Battersea 8 Out of 10.I will definitely return in the future.
Very good food and professional service. Bartender was extremely friendly and patient with even children. The meeting/ conference room size was quite spacious. Good hotel for hosting events.
Great service from the staff ; the views across the thames and besides the heliport were amazing. The hotel feels like stepping out of London and into a moment out of London . Rooms were clean and well presented and the breakfast buffet had variety and set me up for the day .
We stayed at the Crown Plazza Battersea in june 2019 and loved it!<br/>The staff is friendly and our favorite one is David from Reception he is a very nice and very professional! Mark and Rax nice too. They made our stay!<br/>We changed room 3 times because we stayed longer. We booked a suite, so we had suite 502, very very nice, suite 1405 nice too and very spacious but the curtains please need to be cleaned and a little table in front of the TV in the dinning room,will be great but loved it!. And suite 1406 ,very nice too.<br/>All bar staff and the restaurant are very nice! The manager does nice Pina Colada too.<br/>The chef in the kitchen came to see us as we appreciated his food every single night except for one order and he did better , they had a new kitchen oven. Thank you Chef!<br/>The breakfast is good too (hi to the breakfast chef too).<br/>Abby from Housekeeping thank you. The room service staff was delivering food every day to my husband who was recovery from hospitalisation, nice staff too.<br/>The hotel seems to be in the middle of nowhere but not at all, there s a bus stop next to the hotel and the taxi is not expensive to go to central London. Ask David or Mark to book you a black cab but don't ask the girl at reception, I did not like her at all, you ask for a taxi and she call you a private taxi very expensive , she might get money from it.<br/>We had a fire alarm in the hotel during a private birthday party and the lady in charge , like a duty manager couldn t care less.<br/>We loved the view from all our rooms, the heliport too,<br/>Don't hesitate ,book this hotel, it 's a very nice place with nice staff. The prices are correct for London. Thank you to all the staff, we enjoyed our stay and we'll be back very soon.
Great Hotel int he center of London - Missing underground around, only buses
Despite some negative reviews, my experience was great. The spa (which is included in the price!) was wonderful. Beautiful view, overlooking the river. Really first class. The breakfast was amazing. The only thing that I wasn't happy about was having to pay for internet. Its not the most central hotel, so a bit of a hike. But if you want a great hotel and want to relax, this is the place to stay!

Nice to stay in a London hotel that focusses on just being a hotel rather than a weird hangout for hipsters who like loud music in lobbies and all that gubbins. Neil the manager is great too! Hats off.

Accomodation ok just good, price quite expensive, access to station by walk 15 minutes. Bus stop 4 minutes by walk. Bad experience on foult fire alarm and broken on shower valve
Went there for an all-day company meeting. Very nice place, until you realize heating is broken in the conf room, choppers coming to the heliport 10 meters away is super noisy, and food at the buffet restaurant is seriously disappointing.

Just an average modern hotel. AC is very difficult to control it sets its self. TV turns on automaticlly. Lots of blue and white lights in the room during the dark. Breakfast eggs sat for a long time, not fresh. Nice views. Friendly staff.
I stayed in a suite which had 2 bathrooms. My room was super spacious and the bed was very comfy. Shame I didn't stay longer to take advantage of the walk in closet

The room was fantastic but, the restaurant is too loud and the food isn't very good.
Didnt stay in the hotel but had an issue on justpark.co.uk in the same complex and the hotel sorted me and partner a parking space no questions asked, a massive saving grace and incredibly helpful. If the customer service is like that then I would say this hotel is well worth a stay!
Had the privilege of staying there for four nights whilst on business. Lives up to its name; real nice hotel with friendly staff. Good gym and spa facilities. Breakfast buffet plentiful. Will visit again.
Absolutely fantastic is all we can say. Probably our favourite IHG experience so far. Great view of helipad and river for river rooms. Very fun to watch them land and take off just outside the window. Quadruple glazing really works and you hear nothing at all despite the helicopters being less than 40m away! The bed is huge and comfortable and the bathroom amazing. The staff are great and the spa also fantastic. We will definitely visit again!
