I loved this hotel! Not only was it comfortable and clean, but the experience was great. My husband and I loved the two sinks and separated toilet/shower. We also loved the sparkling and still water fountain on the floor. It was awesome and really made drinking fresh water great. The location was neat and I appreciated how awesome the staff was! We'd definitely stay here again if we're ever in Burlington!

Loved this Hotel! Easy check-in process and rooms were clean. The decor was simple and really enjoyed all the local products and designs. The Juniper restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The views of the Lake are epic. This will be one of my go to Hotels.

The place was...ok. The room was fine, but the service at the front desk had no idea what was going on in the city, despite being very nice, and no one served us at the bar after sitting there for 20 minutes. It was not worth what we paid, which was really disappointing. COVID or no COVID, we would not com back here without some serious changes.

Absolutely perfect spot in Burlington. A slight more in price then surrounding hotels, but SO worth it. Spotless room, amazing amenities (check out the water/coffee bar on every floor!) and truly amazing staff. As a person who travels all the time and stays in a ton of hotels, it s really nice to see a place that still provides amazing accommodations and service. Would return in a heartbeat!

First off I was told that the room I was renting would have a Jacuzzi a bedroom a living room and a kitchen along with the bathroom. When I got there my room was just a regular room with a bathroom waterfall shower and jacuzzi. no kitchen not even a microwave no safe. My comfort had a big blood stain on it and when I brought it down to the courtesy desk the acted like it wasn't a big deal and brought up a new comforter when I pulled the comforter back to remove it there was dirt and black fuzzy stuff all over the sheet. The couch in the room had whitish stains all over it. The jacuzzi had dirt all inside of it. I went down to get the continental breakfast that they advertised. and when I did they only had two options pastries and yogurt with fruit and granola I chose the yogurt with fruit and granola and once I started eating it they informed me that I had to add the price of it to my room. I was under the assumption that the continental breakfast was free. $15 for a small yogurt with fruit in it. It tasted good at least.they told me that there would be a $50 hold on my card for a deposit fee and it would be returned to my card upon check out. I specifically asked them if that was the only thing being taken out of the card and they said yes come to find out they also held the price of the room which was $300 so the card I used was overdrawn. They told me the funds would be added on the next day. It has now been 4 days and they're still not added on with $30 late fee everyday there is $120 fee so far. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody I would rather stay in a hotel six. I have called a couple times trying to address this issue and I just I keep getting told oh the money should be on tomorrow. I honestly don't think they know what they're talking about at all which would indicate that their staff is under trained. I received so much misinformation that it blows my mind.

Just ok. Went for a honeymoon stay, and stayed in their largest suite, which was lovely and had a beautiful view. Amenities were not really out of this world, a nice touch would ve been a note or something but alas maybe next time will be more special.
