Very humble and gentle nature . Stayed there for 1 day . They helped us with taxis and guide .

Loved the service. If you are traveling with your family then this is the perfect place to stay in Mount abu. I am grateful to them for making our stay safe and pleasant amidst the pandemic.

1. Location is really helpful in both traveling inside and outside
2. Have separate restaurant for dining
3. Have posted quick food menu bar code scanner for room delivery
4. Staff are really helpful and quick respond

Bad
Bathrooms are little average but i think that friends on the room you choose bcz i chose the cheapest

Hotel was okey kind.
Location was good.
You can walk through Nakki lake from this hotel.
But food the provide was very nice and fresh.

Don't go with the good rating. This hotel has pathetic rooms and staff is not helpful at all.Also I have complaint about this with goibibo but not getting any help

This hotel staff is rude ..when told this room is conjusted and stinky and rooms are not clean beds are untidy ..unclean .they told refund cannot be done and we cannot provide you another room and this is not the room we have opted.Also how can goibibo tie with these kind of pathetic hotels which make false promises and sell these kinds pf room which are stinky ..towels are unclean

Bhiku restaurant of Hotel Saraswati has special charm when it comes for lunch in mount abu,
If you are looking for quality with simplistic amazing food - Saraswati hotel is the right choice,
Coming from very hygiene kitchen, they serve special Gujrati thali , I have been constant on this thali since 8 years, and this thali still taste the same.
I thank team hotel Saraswati for keeping the consistency.

Experience the food and you will never regret.

Pathetic!!!
Worst services, customer centricity is worst, only care about money. Once you will reach to mount abu people sitting at entrance will ask for reports while this hotel is not asking for any report. People suffers in night once they reach at point. No support from this staff whether you have even 9 month kid with you, they simply don't care. Ask for another room booking. So these people sitting at entrance can get commission from others or you give them money. This saraswati hotel will not give your amount back wether they have notentioned on portal for reports.

One of the best hotels in Mount Abu. Strictly vegetarian..I don't mind that. Neat and clean rooms, very courteous and helpful staff. They can help you with rental vehicles and scooties for your trip. All in all I loved it there..
