Comfortable room. There is a swimming pool even though the water is very cold, the breakfast is good. Kamarmandi is comfortable with water heater

overall fun, breakfast menu quality and variety must be increased

The hotel is comfortable and quiet. Close to Riau road. There is also a swimming pool inside. Standard food, not too special. For Friday prayers you can go to the mosque near the TNI headquarters behind the hotel.

Excellent service ... the staff are friendly. The facilities are really top. And the food is delicious Recommended for organizing campus events or office events.

A good nice hotel especially for business people or even traveler. You can even try the local 'Jamu' during breakfast. Worth try for a reasonable price. :)

Feel homey, and all staff are always very competent and assertive in doing their jobs. The food were usually great and fresh. There are parks nearby which is good to get a walk after doing my daily works. Always love to come back here!

Excellent service, strategic location, varied breakfast choices & clean swimming pool.

Sanagt is worthy of being a 4 star hotel, the design and atmosphere are comfortable, breakfast is also a lot of choices, mushallah is provided, although I chose to walk to the mosque at the Kodam headquarters.
Minus, the wifi in the room is rather slow (sinking) and the key card is not interesting to collect (plain without branding)

It's not interesting to compare with new hotels ... need a modern touch

The hotel looks old, but I feel comfortable. The food is nice, but not many variation.

Room 223 and 224 power outlets need to be fixed immediately.. nowadays we need power outlets badly for our gadgets.

Overall Santika Bandung services are satisfying for me.

1. The staffs are extremely awesome, special thanks to Mbak Inda, Mas Dewo & Mbak di resto (aku lupa namanya yg biasa pakai rok pendek baju cottage & salah satu anak trainee cowok yg jadi bellboy
2. Room was clean and all are well set up yet I wish the room can have carpet since the floor is extremely cold (considering Bandung is alr cold in term of weather for me JKT people)
3. The food is awesome for the meeting
4. The meeting room is good too and Mas ganteng yang handle banquet juga very fast
5. I wish the breakfast can be better, the fried rice was tasteless & hard, the bihun is dry, the fried chicken was hard, the fruit was running out & I have to ask to refill many plates while I saw some resto staffs are lingering around, I also ordered omelet twice and get it after like 15minutes.

First, the location is surrounded by shopping and shopping. The room is nice and clean. Nice bathroom, and suitable for inspiring bathrooms at home. Breakfast is very diverse. Office time, even if only for a few days, makes you gain weight quickly.

Daily Carwash service is a great services from this hotel

Standard hotel emang not lie yes, even though the hotel is fairly old, but his service excelent, when there fit so breakfast can be replaced Ramadan meal and the food was good ... forget to take mukena and can borrow also to housekeeping loveeee

The building is old, and a lot of cigarette smoke outside the room. The cigarette holder should be provided in just one place. Do not provide seating in every corner outside the room which is always crowded with smokers

Old hotel but still maintained. Strategic location, close to the mall. The bedroom and bathroom are big and clean, it's just that the lighting is not bright enough. Breakfast is varied and tasty. The pool is clean ... just the water is very cold. Thank u Santika Bandung
