favorite hotel for family holidays. near everywhere

I stayed 3 days here. Incidentally, I always go home at night because I enjoy the city of Bandung. On the last night of my stay, I was disappointed at the reception staff. I came home late by chance my family was sleeping in my room, I asked for help to open my room, but he said the card was all used. I'm not sure all the cards have been used, there must be 1/2 card specifically for staff when urgent. The night before I went home the night, but there were staff who were inversely proportional to the staff tonight. He helped me open the door to my room. I am disappointed this hotel in the class of Santika could be like that. Even though I have been staying here from 2013 every time I go to Bandung. Maybe it will be my consideration in the future.

great place. near BIP, Riau Junction, and FOs. easy to find

The outside walls of the hotel rooms have the impression of an old building, like painted plywood, but the inside of the room is pretty good. The restaurant service is very good

Sahur meal that tempts tastes with traditional dishes for sahur is better

A hotel with an attractive design, has a large parking facility in the basement. The rooms are quite clean, the service is very friendly. During a pandemic, health protocols are also implemented. Close to shopping facilities, transportation parks and Maluku parks.

Relatively inexpensive and in the center of Bandung

The hot water was not stable (sometimes too hot sometimes didn't flow). The swimming pool was too much chlorine. The treadmill was broken almost made me injured. The seating toilet was hard to flush.

The readiness of towel equipment in the pool is lacking

Stay 2 nights here, the location is behind Bandung Indah Plaza Percis, so if you want to go to the mall, just skip.

The facilities are so far the same, all the hotels are standard, only pluses are also free access to Digital Compass while staying, even friends, huh but mantepp, how come it's useful too (you know, media kids) wakakaka

The food is just standard, nothing special on Saturday and Sunday weekends, it's a little different on the menu, which is definitely the best because there is my favorite coco crunch cereal.

The swimming pool is not too big but not bad, for those on the 1st floor of the room (room 117-120s) access to the swimming pool is nice, just have to look until hahaha

The service is good, CS is friendly, security is very helpful.

Deluxe rooms can be said to be bigger than usual. Spring double bed, long table, sofa, complete toiletries, KM with shower, mineral water.

A quite old hotel but well maintained. But unfortunately I got a room where the alleyway in front of the bathroom was very narrow so it felt very uncomfortable, even though there was a wardrobe.

The breakfast hmmm ... to be honest for a rather standard taste, 2 days of staying the menu is almost the same. Service ok. Overall it is quite satisfying

The hotel is quite comfortable, clean even though it looks from the wooden door (old) in the twin bed room there is a refrigerator (small fridge), tv chair, desk, a large enough closet and a bathroom accompanied by warm water
