Hotel Royal Garden Villas & Spa Tenerife Review

I went with my partner from Thursday to Monday, as soon as we arrived, at the reception, a very nice woman (she from Asturias) offers us a glass of cava while we check-in and tells us that they have given us a villa higher than the one reserved, for the same price. His exact words were "I hope you don't get lost in it, you have 300m2 to yourself", imagine the anticipation on the way to it ....
They gave us the Bali, everything you can say about the villa would not be up to it, 2 floors, downstairs a huge living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a room with an en-suite bathroom and the terrace with a heated pool, sun loungers and Balinese-type beds and the views that you appreciate in the photo, on the top floor two more rooms with their own bathroom and an outdoor bathtub .... A real marvel !!!!
The decoration is careful to detail, the breakfast is very complete, the staff is very attentive and the director is there at the foot of the canyon every morning to greet and introduce herself to the clients.
I have worked in a hotel for 7 years and I wish the manager we had had been half as kind and attentive as this woman !!!
Next time I'll leave you my resume !!!!

Super experience ... Everything absolutely perfect at all levels. Hospitality, professionalism, cleanliness, quality of food, environments, furnishings ... are worth the price spent ..... SPA small but cozy and relaxing ....

In general very good, very good service, excellent attention, but air conditioning quite noisy to sleep, minibar prices a bit excessive, 3 soft drinks 20cl, 3 mini packet of potatoes, 4 jar of nuts. Limited buffet, small common pool, and limited outdoor spaces. Spa broken and a bit small.

Our stay here was great. The service is excellent and everyone is extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, the spa is very pleasant. The villa itself (SOL) is very large, stylishly furnished and everything is really very clean. The only point that really bothers is the location, in the first row, right on the street. It is really noisy when you lie in the garden and it is difficult to relax. Should we come back I would ask for another villa in a better location. So the villas in the first row are not recommended. All in all wonderful, one can argue about the overall price.

Villas are beutiful. Amazing decorations and many plants everywhere in the hotel. Very nice pool. Delicious food

An incredible place I do not say more to always return

Wonderful relaxation space for those who want to escape the noise and feel special.

Super-staff and charming and well-preserved facilities. The only problem it has is that it is on the side of a road and the noise of trucks and cars alters the tranquility that is breathed inside the hotel. because the traffic drops and the Villas are also very soundproof.

Would recommend. Awesome settings, great service. Was a real treat.

Beautiful villas and friendly staff. Delicious food in the evening at the Jardin restaurant and just off the menu. In the morning a good breakfast buffet.

A dream hotel with a small but super well done pool. The staff is super available for any request and they went above and beyond to help me celebrate my anniversary with my partner. Highly recommend!

Bad service, poor communication between teams, is definitely not up to a 5 stars and therefore too expensive for what it is ... too bad.

Amazing treatment facilities and staff I always repeat

Idyllic place where you can spend a stay of authentic luxury and disconnection. Every detail of the villa and the hotel is placed with real care. The super professional attentive and friendly staff. Rafael is one of the most pleasant people we have come across in all the hotels where we have stayed and the director is a close and attentive woman with her guests. The site is worth every euro invested and we are sure we will return. Thanks for everything

A spectacular attention, the landscape is beautiful, a great experience, I made an excellent choice because it is a paradise, it was worth the distance and every minute here is enjoyed at maximum

I do not know, if it will be because of the covid issue that I do not get to enjoy the villa well, spending 2,600 euros to stay 4 days and not being able to take people is a bit frustrating, if we had known we would not have gone, instead the spa and amazing room service

Unbeatable. Hotel, food, service. I would repeat without hesitation.
