Good hotel, nice, clean and well equipped rooms. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast with a standard selection. The downside is a noisy street, the reason is a tram, but it does not interfere at night.

Called for booking a room . The guy answered the call and put on hold for 7 minutes and then I tried several times . The call put again straight on hold and no answer . In first call he spoke in poor English , and no answer for any further call . Seems poor reception

Friendly staff, modern decor and good wifi but bathrooms really tiny. I have very small, narrow feet (UK 2.5 / Euro 35) and could barely put them flat side by side in the extremely narrow bath / shower! Shower was good though and hairdryer modern but no TV remote so couldn't get TV to work. Breakfast ok but not worth 15 for the fairly basic variety and quality on offer. It's ok but not outstanding. Just an average hotel

Hotel in close to grand place, cozy place, friendly staff, clean rooms and great breakfast

i stayed for 2 nights 3-5 february 2016.
in the first day i had no heat in the bathroom and the little window not close well. The washstand water goes everywhere when you turn it on.
In the second day, still no heat and NO washstand water. The good thing is i was able to wash my hands in the shower ,where there was water.
The room ( 803 ) was "cleaned" in the second day but without new towels and a lot of hair in the shower

Was a great weekend stay in the centre of the city. Easy walking distance to the central station as well as other landmarks such as the Grand Place.

Unfriendly staff, rooms smells, no extra service for BW Dimonds. Avoid.

Hotel well placed, quiet, clean and welcoming.
Room and bathroom ok.
Only drawback for the choice not enough variety at breakfast but correct anyway.
We will return.

Great location, five minutes from main tourist area. Rooms clean, staff friendly. Scooters outside if you want to scoot around the city. Great hotel!

Decent hotel overall - the room itself was generally clean (other than crumbs and dust in the hard-to-reach corners of the floor - behind the mini-bar etc), bathroom was nice, staff were friendly and the whole experience was pleasant with no issues.

If you are looking for a hotel which isn't far from the main attractions - this place is a good option.

Excellent hotel in the center of Brussels and within walking distance of two metro stations. Very comfortable and spotless room. Excellent automatic climate control and the quietness of the room despite facing a road frequented by cars, buses and trams. I recommend it without reservation!

Adequate cleaning 10 minutes walk from the center and the central train station, 5 from the metro to go to the atomium, good breakfast buffet, with waitress who speaks Spanish, very good experience. The only bad thing though is that it is not just for that hotel is that you must pay a municipal tax before leaving, very typical of Europe ..

Very clean. Friendly staff. Location was not that great. Near public transportation but not the good line. There was some problems like the boiler was not working. The water bottles were already open etc. Which made the experience not as good as expected

Hotels in internal restructuring, but no trouble for customers. Our room Executive Queen was very spacious, comfortable and clean.

I had a great experience. The hotel staff was extraordinarily helpful. I arrived around 10 a.m. and did not have to wait for a room. I thought the room was very clean and comfortable. Well located. Reasonably priced. I stayed for 3 nights in July 2016.

Mini bar except function, in the bathroom no electricity

The place is very central. 10 minutes walk from the Central Station. They provide a good breakfast. Quiet area.The attention of Miss Rimma counter very good. I think the Internet could improve. Generally very good.

I am a regular visitor to this hotel. Friendly welcoming staff providing quick and efficient check in/out. Small friendly bar. Buffet breakfast - including hot items. Hotel a 15 minute walk to the Grand Place and museums. Nearest metro is Park (Parc) an eight minute walk away. Not many restaurants in the immediate location. .

The room was nice, but cold (in December), but the breakfast was unfortunately awful - cold and with no taste.

Easily accessible on foot from Gare Centrale and various Metro stations, close to the Grand Place (10 minutes walk). Comfortable, very clean, not huge but modern, renovated rooms. Enjoy your breakfast. Absolutely to recommend given the excellent price / performance ratio.

Nice hotel, not too far from Central Station. Quiet and safe. Good restaurant next door. Since the hotel never had ice I went there and got ice.
More of a walk to Grand Place than we could do.
Local taxis were not honest, we got driven around twice ! Breakfast was nice but pricey at 15 euros.
I always try to stay a BW hotels but next time I might look for another Best Western in the area.

You can stay at better hotels in Brussels for similar price. The apartments near the European Parliament are also nice and affordable.

Near the center, problem a fire station at the back of the hotel.

great hotel near the center. Very kind reception lady, she gave us a superior room compared to the one booked. The spacious, comfortable and clean and above all silent room. Breakfast good but could be more choice

My experience with this hotel is one not to repeat, I was given an old room on the last floor with about 5 sqm (the balcony was bigger than the room)

Perfect location. Perfect staff. Spotless and best breakfast in Brussels. The restaurant attached to the hotel is a must for haute cuisine burgers. Go there.

i had a horrifying experience with this hotel. the reservation - room + parkingplace - was made on time. when i arrived at 10 o'clock in the evening, they first sent me - with 60 kilograms of luggage - to a room where other guests were staying. these people looked at me as if i was trying to break into their room. it happened exactly the same with another guest. then the reception told us that there were no rooms free anymore. they sent us walking - with all the luggage - to another hotel. the reception said: 2 minutes. it was 15 min. there the room was in another building , on the 4th floor, no elevator. besides that a very poor room. you can't trust this hotel Best Western Hotel Royal Centre Brussels.

Comfortable, clean hotel and very nice staff. At all times they made an effort to speak Spanish and they were very nice.

Had to stay two nights here and won't come back. Shower not working and AC blows smoke from adjacent rooms into my room. Breakfast is very shabby and rooms pretty gross.

15min from the center walking is a cheaper possibility than many others. The rooms are quite correct, clean, the worst is a very small bathroom with an uncomfortable toilet. Breakfast does not have much to choose from but also more than correct, you do not go hungry. The double bed has two individual mattresses, comfortable.
