Hotel Royal, Crans-Montana Since 1932 Review

Family hotel in the heart of Crans. Impeccable service.

Nice hotel. Staff mostly Italian (Advanced). Restaurant of a good standard but with some improvements. Near the center of Crans

Our favorite hotel in Crans:
- very nice rooms
- impeccable staff and service
- central location near the cable cars
- excellent breakfast
- Very good value for money

So not great, the home is good but no more, the room is comfortable but the bathroom is scary, this tiny shower .... the price of the room services are not up to par. In addition to the breakfast we had to wait a moment after the eggs, the chicken had probably not laid at 10am. Service overwhelmed, empty buffet .... we will go elsewhere

This hotel is simply superb and accommodating. I only looked at the massage, pool, and spa areas but there were pristine. Very well worth every dollar.

What a place to spend my final night after the omega masters

I had dinner with my girlfriend, unforgettable experience, dishes from the amouse bouche to the superb desserts, excellent meat and perfect combinations. The courteous and knowledgeable staff, all in a pleasant and romantic setting with live piano music. Highly recommended !!!!

Elegant and well located hotel. Inadequate gym for a 5-star hotel with only 1 broken machine.

The bedside light switch does not work.

Beautiful infrastructure and probably the nicest rooms in Crans Montana. The service is not always 5 but we are in a ski resort ....

This is a very good hotel with very good staff but the main problem is that the doors of the rooms are very poorly insulated (especially room 211) so that the slightest noise in the hallway or on the stairs is heard in the room. bedroom...
Apart from this major problem, which lowers its standing it is a very good hotel.

Bad service from the hotel management.
The glasses in the rooms are cleaned with the same cloth used to clean the toilet (I SAW THEM DO IT)
IT LEAVES MUCH TO BE DESIRED.
To be paying a very lousy 5 star rate.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

The only palace of this station and the best equipped. In addition the view is exceptional and the place is quiet.
