It was a while ago (early February 2018) we stayed at this hotel for a romantic night in the city. We were upgraded which was really lovely! Staff were accommodating, probably the best customer service in all of Sweden.

The room was massive (bigger than our own apartment at the time ) and the view was absolutely stunning. We had breakfast in the room which was amazing. We had some sparkling wine on arrival with strawberries.

I m writing about it now because it was so memorable the whole experience that my partner and I still talk about it. One of the best decisions I ve ever made for a romantic night out in Stockholm!

Terrific place. Superb staff - helpful and friendly. Large and comfortable room, fantastic breakfast in a lovely space. Plus the neighborhood is great - park across the street is a great spot, and the pedestrian-only street around the corner is chock full of great cafes etc.

Loved it here. The room may have been a little small, but we were not in it that long. Place is really clean and the bar is cool. We are at the restaurant one evening and must say the food was lovely

We received a free upgrade to a suite. I loved the morning on our own private patio overlooking the rooftops and a magical sunrise. There was no coffee machine in the room and the coffee in the breakfast room wasn't very good. Next time I will order cappuccino from room service for the morning.
I will stay in this hotel again.

Even though there was a concert on the premises there was only one person behind the upstairs bar.
When I ordered my beer the keg went out and had to be replaced. I paid and the bartender would come to our table with the beer.
I waited and waited. And finally when the beer arrived, believe it or not, on top of the foam was a tiny dead fly! A FLY! Brr.
I elbowed my way to the bar again and wanted a new beer.
The bartender hardly apologized but said he would get me a new beer. So the waiting started anew.

Again after a long time waiting the beer arrived. This time without the fly and with a very left handed apology from the bartender.

Yes, things can go wrong but it's also quite easy to turn a bad experience to a good one.

My thoughts of the evening:
- Have more than one bartender when there is an event happening.

- When the beer runs out, ask if the costumer wants another brand.

- If a customer gets a fly in the beer - make the replacement free of charge.

Fantastic hotel. I upgraded to the balcony deluxe and enjoyed it very much. The bathroom is fantastic with one of the best showers I've ever had in a hotel (and I travel 3-4 times a month) The breakfast buffet is very good with the chance to custom order specialty dishes including pancakes and French toast. All-day coffee is available free and it's excellent brewed coffee, latter and espresso. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Location is a great neighborhood out near public transport. Quick metro to the heart of Stockholm in 2-3 stops.

We were there for the industry. The room was beautiful little old reasonable service waiters not trying to do more than they need to
The cold dishes were good but the hot dishes were really not tasty it seems that some of the dishes came straight from the breakfast.
Unfortunately but the price of SEK 325 you can get more
Thanks

Everyone has been to the theater, so have I.

Everyone has been to the theater, so have I.
If you are in love, in love or just want to enjoy the company, rival is a place for you. If you want to order food to eat and then think that you have waited 10 minutes but really 30 minutes, this is the place, this place you should go regardless of the day of the week. Love tears for their good service and commitment. Will always come back.

Nice lounge with good acoustics. During the breaks, however, they are bad to staff up at the bar, which often means that you do not have time to buy something or get it necked because alcohol is not allowed inside the salon.

They have Scandinavia's tired, ugliest and sourest bartender (big congratulations) and for some reason you play so loud music that it is not possible to talk or converse. I guess the present DJ hopes that everyone who sits and hangs out suddenly gets jerked up and stands up and starts to dance while the music gets high enough !? Common phenomenon in this big city. Pity at such a nice place.

I used a restaurant instead of staying. It was full of people. The atmosphere and the outside terrace were very nice. I thought it was a great place for cafes & cakes with friends, probably everyone was attracted and visited there. Because lunch was not so delicious.
