Very small flat, too much waiting between dishes and I had my sauce to eat with my piece butcher ...

This hotel is worth to be known as much for the setting, as its swimming pool, as the surprises concealed by the place or the size of the rooms.
A few small things could use improvement. Besides the stained carpet, the old-fashioned bathroom, and the tiny TV two things would be priority. The quality of the kitchen and the possibility of turning on a reading lamp without having to turn on all the lights in the room.

A value for money can be up to you to choose.

The hotel is well located in the city center not far from the train station and cinema.
The rooms located behind the pool have been recently renovated, they are spacious and nicely decorated, they are quiet, the bedding is good and the rooms are clean.
The reception is very pleasant and professional.
The restaurant was pretty good, I have a good memory.

Very welcome for an unexpected stop in this city, the price is very competitive. You really have to convince the public to return to the city center hotels, they are always full of charm. This one is arranged around a swimming pool and well sported, I recommend it.

Very nice Hotel. I was there in September and absolutely enjoyed the late evenings on the balcony of my room.
The breakfast is good with a wide spread of possibilities to enjoy the morning. The restaurant on the other side was a mixed experience, as the vegetables where done quite well, but the meat was not up to standard.
All over all I'll choose to stay there again the next time I'm back in the area.

The sign and the entrance do not look great, but the restaurant room is very well decorated.
The cuisine is refined and accessible with local and seasonal products. The gourmet salad and samosa is a real treat. The gourmet coffee is an assortment of a la carte desserts, really gourmet!

I was surprised not to see many people on a Sunday. Used silver cutlery dating from my grandmother. Bottles served in an oxidized champagne seal. The kind of restaurant that wants to look chic but is not. Chardonnay served by the glass had to be open for several days. The foie gras served as a starter to be straight out of a box. The entrecote was fat and the sauteed potatoes served with ... My god, a disaster. The bosses were absent, I called the cook to get an explanation. It was a girl who told me that the potatoes were fresh. My eye, it felt like warming up. Potatoes ironed in oil, inedible. The cook and the waitress should learn the trade. We bring you the wine without making you taste it. Fortunately, Sancerre was good, better than the Saint Nicolas of Bourgueuil that I advise you. The fish also seemed warmed up. And that's restaurant. Even I do better and I tell you that we eat much better in a working restaurant. We were offered an aperitif to compensate. Conclusion, it can help, but restaurant to avoid for your family meals.
