It is probably the best hotel location wise in Panchgani. The gardens are amazing beautiful. Entire hotel has plants everywhere! Breakfast has extensive variety. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are old fashioned but the balcony and view makes up for that. I would love to stay here again.
1) Rooms were good, but need to renovate things like locks and the toilet bathroom. Rest views and the landscape is good.
2) Hospitality on reception desk need to be increased, hope for the next visit we can see it or we have to check for the options.
3) Hotel melting pot has no links with the Mumbai one please note that. Dinner was so disappointing. Waiting time was more than 1 hr for the food, and the taste was not so good. 3 waiters to serve for the 63+ room guests, was not satisfying. Management can be improved.
Hotel is good. Food is great. Service is very good. Location is great. Staff is very very helpful. Only constraint is that i saw a cockroach in the room so 4 star as even one of my frnd who visited a week before me and stayed in a better suite room also saw a cockroach in the room
Very good Hotel in Panchgani with very good view of nature and Hills. The hotel is spread in very big area with Restaurant, swimming pool, play ground for kids, tennis courts, spa, and one very good open space to seat and enjoy nature. Rooms of all types are available snd for family bunglow type accommodations are also available. During covid please carry medical fitness certificate from family doctor, they are asking at the time of check-in

One of the best place to stay in Panchgani. It is easy to find as it is located right next to main road however once you enter the place it is very quite and peaceful. Rooms are very nice and clean, we took the valley plus room which has a really great balcony and view. Good breakfast options and really loved the outdoor space with the view in the morning although they do not allow to have dinner at the same open space. They have good parking space and other amenities. Smoking is not allowed any where inside the room or property however can be done in the parking area. Really enjoyed the stay
The hotel is located just at start of panchgani. This hotel has very beautiful valley facing rooms and restaurant. Food is amazing too. We stayed in duplex room. It was comfortable. Neat and clean place. Staff is courteous too.
Must visit .... Feel like heritage home...all services were awesome but most of the all was Food service ..... Sexy ambience... Family friendly ... Beds r like heavenly.... No.1 choice for couples.... Nd last but not the least view was hillarious .... It was beyond than expectations.... Overall heavenly stay ..... Very well mannered and maintained staff.... Not even a single negative review from my side... Just visited ... ( 18-2-21)

One of the most beautiful property in panchgani, unfortunately so under maintenance! The rooms are old and have many issues (lights, wardrobes, doors). The whole hotel needs a revamp and if done, it could be a top notch place. They have a 3star restaurant in-house, but I suggest you all head out and eat. Food (we ordered non-veg), was horrible. Staffs need major training.
Just come for the fabulous view, being the closest hotel near Sydney point. Not worth the stay if the above things are not attended by the management!
